L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter la cité impériale. Accueil et chambre agréables. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix.

Nice and centrally located near the imperial palace and right next to river. It was a great location and they even gave me a room upgrade for free. Excellent staff and service!!

Vi the Check-In staff member took the time to help plan our trip for us. Our bus arrived at 8am and she held our bags, mapped out our day, gave us money saving tips, then rented us a scooter to help us travel more efficiently. The room was spacious, clean, and there is AC & fan on the ceiling. My husband 😍 loved it. The breakfast the next day was delicious and she hired a private driver for us to get to Ha Noi the next day. She even washed, dried, and pressed our laundry overnight. Thos is not only extremely convenient ly located but the service was 5 star.

Le séjour d une nuit était correcte malgré la taille réduite de la chambre 209. Le seul bémol c est que la chambre est proche de l accueil et le matin c est très bruyant

This hotel is great! Very good location. Nice and clean accommodations. The staff are amazing! Super helpful. Kieu Oanh helped us with arranging train tickets to Da Nang and getting transportation to the train station. She went above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Hue.

All of the staff at Soleil Boutique hotel are exceptional especially Lin who took care of my check-in procedure. They made sure that all my requests are handled and taken care of, from breakfast options to small requests such as umbrellas and assistance in navigating the city while Im staying at their hotel.

Very fine little hotel near the citadel. The room was clean and a fine little breakfast. The reception workers was great and gave lots of good tips and helped organised dragonboattour and transport.

I chose this property because of it's location. The staff were very friendly & efficient. The bed is too hard for my liking. Overall, I'm satisfied with my accommodation experience at Soleil.

The staff here was amazingly friendly and went above and beyond to offer great service. They offered items not from their standard menu for breakfast and additional drinks. They were very helpful at checkin at providing information about the popular tourist areas to visit. Thank you so much! The coffee was also some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The property was well located near the imperial city and walkable across the river to some of the commercial areas of the city and nightlife. Detriments were: the mattress is one of the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel, with little padding and feeling the metal spring structure. Woke up sore both nights. The bathroom shower has no enclosure and drain was extremely slow, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom every time the shower was run.

Well situated, the Hue Imperial City is only a short stroll away. The hotel owner gave excellent service (pleasant, helpful, polite). Breakfast is a simple but wonderful meal. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and has ample amenities for guests. The owner assisted us in reserving a DMZ Tour.

Location was great as close to bridge areas and restaurants. Cidadel walking distance. Only downside was that bed was hard. Used to softer comforts.
