The hotel is in the tourist area, district 1, walking distance to Than Bin market and some sightseeings. The only disadvantage of this hotel are the stairs. Our room was on level 4, which means actually 5 floors up. I booked the superiour room and the picture showed a window. When we arrived, we found out its a tiny window to a hallway, not to the outside and I payed extra to get a room with a window as I can't sleep in an enclosed place. Our room, deluxe, was still very small, but managable with large window, small desk and it was simple and vlean. The pillows hard, but we got them exchanged for softer ones. The next day I saw the superior room and it was really tiny....The positive side of the place is the super friendly staff and convenience of the location.

Good value for money. We only stayed a couple of nights. Lot of restaurant around as well as a supermarket.

Cheap and cheerful but hot water for the shower was weak. Bathroom isn't that clean.

Was disgusted when I arrived to be told that my de luxe room was booked Wrongly price wise and was given a tiny standard room with no windows to the outside,I booked a long time ago so why was I not informed before arriving???

No lift small size room free break fast is very little

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with a friend. Location was very near to Bui Vien and many other shops. Hotel seems new and the facilities were good. Cleanliness was also very good. For a low cost hotel, I have nothing but praises. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful too. Enjoyed my stay here 👍

주변에 여행자 거리가 있어 볼거리가 많으며, 마사지, 여행사 등이 가까워 좋았어요. 오토바이가 너무 많아 정신이 없고 공기가 나쁜건 단점. 엘리베이터는 없음.

Stayed one night. Great costumer service. Good price. Very clean. Will come back to this hotel next time.

Hotel is located in a great location in District 1 close to buses & attractions. It's located down a short alley so pretty quiet. If you have problems walking up steps this might not be a good choice. I was on the 5th floor & no elevator. The room was clean with a working fridge & hot water kettle. We stayed for 3 days but no cleaning so don't throw food in the trash.

Hotel room very quite place and location of hotel very good! Hotel staff provide 5 stars service very good and helpful ! We enjoy our family trip stay at here, will recommended my friends come to stay this Spotlight Hotel.

The location was great. Near lots of good restaurants and shops. The staff were so helpful and organised everything for us. We were getting a long bus to Da Lat and we had never done this before so we were a bit lost. However the girl at reception helped us so much. She booked our tickets, our taxi to the station and contacted our hotel in Da Lat to organise getting us from the bus station to the hotel. She also wrote it all on a piece of paper for what to do and wrote some in Vietnamese to show to people if we get lost and need to know what to do. It was great. They also organised our tour to the Chu Chi tunnels which was great. There were a lot of stairs up to our room because we were at the top but they helped us to get our bags to the top.

Henkilökunta hotellilla on erittäin ystävällistä, avuliasta ja hyvin englantia osaavia. Saimme heiltä whatsapp numeron, jonka avulla kommunikoida välittömästi kaikesta mitä mieleen sattuikaan hotellia koskien tulemaan. Saavuimme aamuyöllä hotellille ja saimme pitää tavaramme siellä säilössä sisäänkirjautumiseen saakka. Huone neljälle oli melko ahdas johtuen suuresta matkatavaroidemme määrästä, mutta muutoin huone oli siisti ja uudehkon oloinen. Hotellissa ei ole hissiä, mutta henkilökunta toimittaa matkatavarat vinssillä kerroksiin. Sijainti oli hyvä ja hotellin hinta todella kohtuullinen. Aamupalan sai itse valita listasta ja se oli hyvä. Oikein sopiva ja edullinen hotelli lyhyempään yöpymiseen ja mikäli et tarvitse hotellin palveluilta paljoa.
