ハノイのノイバイ国際空港からタクシーで10分かからない距離です。乗り継ぎ時間が９時間あったので宿泊はせず、仮眠をとるために利用しました。

スタッフも良いしシャワールームも清潔。窓が無いのにお部屋の清潔感が高いので大変快適に過ごせました。スタッフ皆さんの雰囲気が良かったのでまた利用したいです。

空港から近くて便利でした。

The staffs are so nice overall. They are so kind and approachable. The room also nice, well cleaned. I liked the decoration too.

とても綺麗なお部屋で安心感がありました。 スタッフの方達も皆さん親切で、早朝にも関わらず空港に送り届けてくれました。 朝ごはんにオレンジジュースとゆで卵を持たせてくれて、ほっこりしました。 お部屋のテレビはハイスペックで、youtubeなどを見ることができました。 またノイバイ空港の近くにホテルを取る時は利用します。

Good value, staff really friendly and helpful. Surrounding area was a bit rough - I like to walk around and that was tricky but was offered plenty of taxis/ bike rides etc - I just prefer to walk

Good access to the airport but a bit noisy. Staff prepared coffee and orange juice instead of breakfast as our flights time was early morning.

excellent service, clean rooms. Simple but delicious Pho Noodle and fresh orange juice for breakfast. They also booked and planned my 1 day Halong Bay tour and got me back in time for my flight: Perfect place for short layover

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s convenient to the airport. The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast and coffee was good. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Will stay again in future visit.

We wanted a hotel near the airport and found this hotel. It was our first stay there but not the last. Very friendly and helpful staff and rooms look like they are new. Can only give this hotel our best recommendations.

This is my first time staying at success hotel. The location is very near Nói Bài international airport. We book a presidential suite and it fits 3 people. Room is spacious and very clean. The bath room has a huge zaccuzzi tub. We had dinner there and the food is excellent Hotel Staff is extremely friendly. The also hotel offer ride to airport, the shuttles cost $100k vnđ for our group. Will definitely stay again this July. Thank you Success Hotel’s staff!

We stayed at this hotel for an overnight layover. The good is the size of the rooms and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. The bad, terrible pillows, noisey room from the busy road noise and even though we had prearranged transfers with “their driver” on our return to the airport they just ordered a taxi. Paid 100,000VND when we could have got a grab for 30k, the hotel clearly pocketed 1/2 and paid the taxi the other half. Pick up from the airport it self was well organised so my advice is get them to arrange airport pick up and do a grab for the return

This hotel is excellent. The room is spacious and the amenities are all in upscale. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is very tasty. Highly recommend for those who need a stay close to airport.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Despite our late check-in, they kindly assisted us with our luggage and ensured we were comfortable. We had an early departure the next morning, and to our surprise, they even prepared breakfast for us before the usual hours. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and helpful team during their stay.
