マットレスベッドがベッドに合っていないようです。マットレスの品質が悪すぎます。マットレスがベッドの中央でたるんだため、ゲストの腰痛の原因になります。

bạn lễ tân tên Duy cư xử vô cùng tồi tệ đối với khách , đăng ký 2 người nhưng sau khi xuất trình giấy tờ bạn không cho lên phòng , còn nói lời lẽ vô lễ . Phải dọn đi ngay trong đêm vì sự cư xử thiếu lễ độ của bạn ấy . Vô cùng thiếu chuyên nghiệp

Cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp, ở lại 1 đêm phải cọc 1 triệu tiền mặt, check out 12h05 trở đi là tính thêm nửa ngày giá 1,6 triệu. Đầu giường gỗ có mối mọt, nhà vệ sinh có mùi cống khai khai… khu hồ bơi đang sửa chữa bắn tia lửa hàn vẫn cho khách vào. Thật thất vọng với giá 2,3 triệu/ đêm

Bồn tắm ngoài trời rất bẩn. Đợt này rèm che cũng không có. Nên bắt lại tất cả rèm ngoài bồn tắm

At 5.15 am in the morning of our stay, there was a drunk guy who kept pressing door bell to wake us up and bang on the door. Since the peephole was broken, we couldn't see through it to find out who the person was. Worrying that it might be some urgent matter like fire or something else, we opened the door, and the drunk guy pushed hard to get the door open. We had to push back and even kind of elbowing on his fingers to push him away and close the door. I reported immediately to receptionist on duty that night, but he said there was nothing he could do because he did not have access to the camera (imagine what would happened if it was a burglar or intruder). There was no sorry or apology the next morning either from hotel manager or security team. Only upon check out, I insisted an explanation, they offered a brief sorry and said that it was a drunk guy who got to wrong room. This is the first time I have experienced something like that and given all traumatic experience we had to deal with, an brief explanation and a dismissal excuse is all they can offer. If this is a hostel or some love hotels I would have not bothered. But if you rate yourself 5 star you'd better have a procedure to deal with this kind of thing. So if you plan to book a 5 star hotels in Saigon, avoid this one. You probably won't have to deal with this kind of stuff. Also this hotel has a very romantic decoration for couples so you can imagine all kind of weird things might happen here at night. I will not go as far as saying it's a 5-star love hotel. But unless you are ready for that kind of unpleasant experience, better avoid this at all costs if you just need a decent place to sleep, and not some kind of weirdly love-themed hotel.

Kỳ nghỉ lễ đáng nhớ Trang trí phòng mang nét hoài cổ, mang cảm giác thanh bình giữa Sài Gòn. Nhưng view bên ngoài bị hạn chế vì có toà nhà bên cạnh Bữa ăn sáng và bữa tối ngon, đẹp mắt. Tiệc countdown hơi thất vọng xíu vì không gian không được đẹp như kỳ vọng.

Nhân viên lễ tân chảnh, không thân thiện. Đồ đạc trong phònh cảm giác khá cũ kĩ. Bể lộ thiên không có rèm che Chưa đạt tiêu chuẩn 5 sao Được cái vị trí trung tâm, di chuyển các nơi thuận tiện.

Nội thất đầy đủ, ấm cúng. Bữa ăn tuyệt vời

Không có chỗ đậu xe. Lễ tân rõ ràng nói qua đêm sẽ có người đưa xe đi đỗ nhưng tới lúc kêu thì từ chối. Vô trách nghiệm. Không xứng số tiền bỏ ra.

dịch vụ quá chán, khách ở nhưng mà không có chỗ đậu xe hơi cho khách, bắt khách đậu ở bãi không thuộc khách sạn mà không có gì đảm bảo và chịu trách nhiệm, mượn cây kéo mà bắt khách cầm đồ xuống lễ tân cắt rồi trả lại liền, quá tệ, không bao giờ quay lại nữa.

We had a great stay. The room designs are very welcoming and feel homely. Service was prompt and the food was delicious. Location was perfect although a little loud at night but the rooms are quite well soundproofed.
