ザ ソル ホテル

メイン通り（Tran Phu）から少し離れているため、ベトナムの道路で永遠に聞こえるクラクションがあまり聞こえず、快適な睡眠ができるホテルです。部屋の施設は割とよくて手頃な価格で泊まれます。でも一番良かった点はスタッフの待遇です。日本語対応できるスタッフは現在いないですが、英語が分かる親切で友人のように扱ってくれるスタッフがいます。特にHerveさんが待遇良かったです！旅の終わりごろに友達までなりました（笑）いろいろとニャチャン周辺のアクティビティ・見所を案内してくれてローカルしか知らないニャチャンのもろもろを教えてくれました。An Vistaの心暖かいスタッフのために妻ととても良い夏旅行を楽しめました。大感謝です！

ウエルカムフルーツに新鮮さがない。 従業員達のサービスを向上させてほしい。 夕食をダイニングキッチンで取りたかったが、食堂のような感じで ダイニングキッチンではなかった。 ４星ならドレスアップして夕食が取れるようにしてほしい。

Min partner og jeg havde et ophold på 2 uger på An Vista Hotel, som sjovt nok skiftede navn til The Sol, mens vi var der. Værelset var skam okay. Vi havde nogle lidt andre forventninger til værelsets udseende ud fra det, vi havde set på Hotels.com. Meget af det stemmede overens med billederne, men nogle af tingene gjorde ikke. Hav det i mente, før I booker. Da vi tjekkede ind, kunne værelset godt have brugt en ekstra omgang rengøring, men det blev fikset dagen efter. God rengøring og venligt personale. Wifi’en er god til streaming af YouTube og Netflix, men ret dårlig til Instagram og Facebook. TV’et på værelset er et ældre LG, der har lokale kanaler, men ingen streamingtjenester (så ved I det). Fin skabsplads med en pengeboks, der desværre ikke dur så godt. AC’en virkede upåklageligt. Hotellet har en god lokation, tæt på stranden og gåafstand til restauranter og caféer. Mange russere i området og generelt Nha Trang. Det kan godt være lidt et chok, hvis du ikke ved det på forhånd :) Alt i alt et rigtig fint ophold. Forvent et 3-stjernet hotel fremfor et 4-stjernet, som de skriver. Tak for nu :)

The staff were really friendly and helpful when we asked questions, especially since it was our first time in Nha Trang. The room we stayed in was very clean and had a beautiful view of the mountains. They cleaned our room every day. There is a pool on the 17th floor with an amazing view of both the mountains and the beach. It’s conveniently within walking distance to the beach, and the area is very quiet and pleasant. We will definitely visit this hotel again in the future. Thanks again An Vista Hotel Staff!

Nice enough , rooms are looking a bit tired and the cleanliness of the bathroom left a lot to be desired lots of mould on the bath . The place needs a good clean. For the price I was happy enough but probably wouldn’t come back

House keeping cleaned my room daily. Towels ,bedding were made fresh. I enjoyed very much staying this hotel.

Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, ma non ne ha una privata. Colazione nella norma. Stanza spaziosa e pulita, ed anche essendo in una strada molto frequentata è silenziosa.

The hotel is close to the beach. And we can get many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel staff is always helpful and good. Only thing is if you have big bag then you need to bring over the stairs leading to the hotel .

The staff is super nice and helpful! They do an amazing job making sure that your stay is enjoyable!

Ein tolles Hotel mit herrlichem Ausblick über Nha Trang. 500 Meter vom Strand in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße gelegen! In der Nähe gibt es Shops und gute Restaurants. Für jeden was dabei! Man kann auch sehr gut frisches aus dem Meer verspeisen! Ich komme wieder! Alles sehr günstig!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super nah zum Meer (500m) und liegt ruhig in einer Nebenstraße! In der Nähe sind kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants! Das Personal ist super freundlich und sie können mehrere Sprachen und der Chef kann sogar deutsch!! Die Zimmer sind super sauber und das Essen ist reichlich und man findet alles was man brauch! Ich komme wieder!👍👌

First impression Hotel & Staff Comment : Is quite good at the lobby and all reception is friendly face especially " Maria and Vi " Maria speak english is very well and will initiative to recommend nha trang attractions and recommend street food for us. Vi also initiative to inform us the weather status is good attitude. And the second day was my husband birthday, An Vista Hotel was gave us surprise "Birthday Cake" so sweet and my husband was happy" , the cake is delicious. We went to many country and hotel was first time treat us like this. Location : Also good location and many restaurant at the street and nearly the beach also. The street exchange rate also high. Room & Cleanliness : Room was very and bigger than i imagine, and have a big bathtub. Room was clean and everyday will clean it. Hotel Breakfast : The breakfast was very good also, i stay 2 day ,everyday different food ready. Swimming Pool & Bar : Swimming Pool at the 19 level , very clean pool and water. The bar also got many drink to order food also can order there . Wifi : The hotel Wifi sometime can connect sometime can not connect, but is doesn't matter for me because we have unlimited data.

Staff were excellent, very warm people who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good range of foods. Also hotel was quieter as it was back a bit from the main road but still within easy reach of the beachfront restaurants & bars. In particular the guest relations staff were so helpful, with everything, from directions to frequently taking the time to ask if we needed anything to improve their service. Big thank you to Maria, Vi, Thi, Quinn & Nguyen.

The hotel is really nice and clean. It's slightly back from the main road so a little quieter but still a stone's throw away from being a stone's throw away from the beach. The breakfast is good but some of the popular items disappear straight away when groups go up and basically take the whole plate! The staff are usually quick to replace though. The swimming pool on the top floor is a bit small but it's really nice having it so high up and the views across the city are cool. I'd skip the restaurant food but there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby anyway. The best thing about this place though is the staff. Everyone is incredible, very attentive and intelligent (they all seem to speak multiple languages)! Special shout out to Nin for taking extra good care of us and sharing some great conversations. :)
