I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that the apartment was freshened up before we arrived. I had to ask for a mop bucket because our socks were filthy from walking around the apartment. Then there were the ants on the tables, shelves and cabinets. The bed sheets were filthy so my cousin refused to sleep under the covers. The three twins beds lean to the side horribly if you don’t sleep exactly in the middle of the bed. There’s one garbage can in the apartment and no where to put the garbage after the can fills up. There are no keys to the exterior doors. There are gates with padlocks. The night before we left, there was a message from Ronita explaining how to leave the apartment. We had garbage bags of garbage in the kitchen because there is nowhere to put the garbage. After constant messages, inquiring about my security deposit over 2 weeks. I finally get a reply that it was reduced due to the extra garbage and a big mess. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Not recommended under current management.

The property was great for a large group, but only one shower but multiple bathrooms. It is in a historic building and has that feel. Convenient to shopping area. Host was very responsive and helpful which was very much appreciated.

Property management was incredibly. Easy to enter. Great for one night stay with 2 couples. Only 2 bathrooms and one shower

This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay.

Good space

very good location logistically. just there for a night transfering from week in the bvis. older, classic building. got the job done.

Was told that early check-in at 1 PM possible with $35 additional fee, but the unit was not ready and a guy wanted to charge $5 a bag to store until the room was ready. Once the owner came, she was nice.

I loved the historic nature of the building. It had an interesting layout, but it was very spacious and clean, and had a wonderful location for walking around downtown and seeing the sights.

Spacious, interesting and in a great location. Expect some city noise & know that this is not close to a beach, although there are a couple of very nice parks nearby. I'm glad we rented a car, despite the cost, as cabs would have been even more expensive. The hosts were very nice! Would stay here again. This is an old building, do not expect modern/resort style rooms, but still very charming!

The location of this property was perfect for our group. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of town, plus great space for us to hang out as our group of 6 instead of having 3 hotel rooms.

We were given an upgrade due to a plumbing problem with our apartment and was very pleased with how the owner handled it and was very helpful when we arrived on getting around/things to do and recommendations for restaurants, etc. Stunning view and a beautifully decorated apartment. Owner made sure our sleeping accommodations were met and bought an air mattress that was very comfortable! Highly recommend this property.

We stayed one night here and it fit our needs quite well. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. There's a nice private balcony that wraps around the building. The fellow who greeted us was quite friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate a late checkout, which we appreciated. The location is very close to a number of restaurants and shops. The layout is a bit unusual with a large decorative table up on a raised platform in the living room and an office-type space. It was clean, but but could use some paint and new tile.
