Cooks Flat is a great find in Wrexham! Tranquil, peaceful and beautiful walks on the property. What a treat to stay on a private estate and visit the Victorian kitchen and games room. I appreciated the welcome gifts and hospitality from the hosts too. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in the area.

Had trouble finding it and accessing the gate, due to 4 emails being received with information and missed the info I needed, although the access codes had been provided. Once I arrived it was all good with dedicated parking and a lovely clean flat with everything I needed set in an Victorian estate.

Not the first time we've stayed here, so obviously a commendation. Needed to be near to the industrial estate for some work. Location is ideal. Philippa made sure everything was ok. Could not think of a morr therapeutic venue. Grounds help unwind.

Lovely self contained apartment with all the essentials required for a short stay, plus a few much appreciated extras! Beautiful grounds, welcoming hosts, would happily return.
