ヘイゼル コテージ

The cottage was well located, well equipped and had some lovely little touches such as a bottle of wine on arrival, milk in the fridge, tea and coffee provided. Our children enjoyed meeting the various animals and the setting was very convenient and quiet. We were however disappointed to find on arrival that the previous occupants dog’s excrement hadn’t been cleared from the garden, a task we had to undertake before allowing our dog out (and there was more than one!). This really should have been spotted before our arrival. It would have been nice to have a larger bed in the main bedroom and also nicer pillows (the pillows provided were very flat and lacked pillow protectors). The cottage is for four people however there was only a three seater sofa in the living room, this meant one of us sitting on the wooden bench or on the floor. We were also disappointed to find that there was no absolutely no recycling. All in all we enjoyed our time together as a family but felt that our stay was tarnished by the above points.
