Overall the hotel is great but going back and forth to Wrexham station and Wrexham fc we ran up a £50 in taxi costs over 24hours . Excellent taxi company at general station. General areas of hotel superb having recently been renovated . Rooms adequate but not very good bathroom where was tight for room but also no cold water through the taps (?) . Maybe it was just our room ?

Did not have breakfast at Hotel as we brought our own. Alarm went off around midnight - another client told us it was a false alarm. Consequently we lost about an hour or so sleep & there was no staff apology the next morning.

It was ok for a one night stay, the road at the front, where our room was never went quiet overnight.

Quality hotel which from its design used to be a Premier Inn. Which in the last year has been taken over and refurbished to a very high standard Rooms have been refurbished very modern. Good food great staff.

Just had a lovely little.weekend at hotel wrexham with he wife. . Lovely clean hotel and very nice savvy fox pub. Very nice place . Quiet off the beacon track but well worth the stay. We will be back 5*****

Mouldy bath tub and very mouldy tub plug... cobwebs inside the kettle (!). Otherwise, the attentive staff

This was genuinely one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the room, the hygiene was shocking. There were small men’s hairs all over the sink and on the towels. There was no hand wash liquid provided, and the bed looked like it hadn’t even been changed after the previous guest. It honestly felt dirty and completely unacceptable. The ironing board had a hole in it, and every time the people next door used their bathroom, the sound of running water was loud and intrusive in my room. It made it impossible to relax. I went down to reception to report the matter. To be fair, the receptionist was polite and seemed to want to help, but she clearly didn’t have the authority or means to do anything. She told me the hotel was fully booked and that the person who handles these matters wouldn’t be in until the next morning. So I was left with no solution. At that point, I decided I couldn’t stay there any longer. As I was leaving to find another hotel, the restaurant manager made a dismissive comment: “Sorry it wasn’t up to your standards.” That really frustrated me. This isn’t about “standards” — it’s about basic hygiene, which this hotel completely failed to provide. On top of all that, the room had just been freshly painted, and the smell was so strong it was unbearable. Even with the window open, I couldn’t stay in the room for more than 5–10 minutes.

Very nice hotel and professional and friendly staff. We ate in the restaurant and weren't so impressed with the food - but the staff were top notch

Nice hotel, great restaurant and friendly staff however the walls are paper thin and guests in the room next to me woke everyone up through the night. Need to sort out the sound proofing!

Conveniently located, comfortable room. Bed was not very comfortable.
