Very pleasant and helpful staff

Just one disadvantage is the access for disabled people i am disabled as is my wife a ramp to the main entrance would help this just isn't for the iris hotel but a lot of other hotels in llandudno overall we had a wonderful stay and will be recommending the iris to my family and friends. The staff were polite and helpful very good

Needs a bit of TLC could not turn shower off it dripped all the. time.

The hotel is on the seafront at LLandudno, with a 2 minute walk to the shopping area, and a 5 minute walk to the pier and other amenities. the listing for the Extension room said it was small, and it was, but it had all the facilities needed. My only complaint is that the Television control was did not have a Subtitle button, and I am partially hearing, so could not enjoy watchinng the programmes during my stay. The breakfast, which was included in the price, was satisfactory, with a choice of cereals, fruit juice, an egg on toast dish (poached, scrambled, or boiled), a toast maker with butter and jams.

The room we were given in the Annex was better than I expected but the smell from the outside was not pleasant. We wondered what it was but realised, when it was emptied on the day that we were leaving, it was coming from the wheelie bin in the alley close to our bedroom window. The literature in the bedroom stated that the breakfast was extended until 11am on bank holidays so had a lie in until 10am. Went down for breakfast at 10:15 to be told that breakfast had stopped. When I mentioned the extended hours on bank holidays he shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't know anything about that. Not somewhere that I could honestly recommend as a destination unless you're travelling on a budget for an overnight stay. More than one day would be too much.

No wifi in hotel rooms, breakfast is below average, not the friendlist of staffs.

Excellent overall , WiFi would be better if was able to get access in the rooms , recommend a bigger tv for the family room we was in but everything from the breakfast to the staff was excellent, I would definitely go again !!

No internet in the rooms was a problem for the children, poor choice of breakfast

The hotel is in a great location, right in front of the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room, particularly the bathroom, needs improvement. The breakfast could also benefit from more options, especially in the hot food selection, as there are only eggs available. Additionally, offering a wider variety of fruits would be appreciated. Otherwise, we had a wonderful day at the Irish hotel.
