愛犬とともに滞在しました。 他の口コミにもあった通り、エレベーターがないので荷物の多い方は大変だと思います。 スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、部屋も新しくはないものの清潔感があり快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

The property was beautifully kept inside and out. The room we stayed in had beautiful furniture and the view was of the beach and fort and Cauldy Island and with the sun shining it was amazing. You could walk to the beach and around town within a short distance. There’s steep steps to the beach or further up, a zig-zag path. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety too. The owner really wants to make sure that you enjoy your holiday. We definitely will return. Parking at the Pay and Display cost £10 per 24 hours for the one at the other end of the street from the B&B.

We paid £140 which is almost top prices in Tenby for a decent room. The photos looked lovely, possible see view, right on the esp close to South Beach. We've stayed in Tenby loads, born in the area and we were out for a rare no child evening seeing friends. We paid a little extra thinking our 'suite' room as it was advertised would be a little special. On arrival we had to find out key box (odd for hotel) and find our room. The corridors and stairs to the room, the carpet was old and worn out, Burgandy flowered and past it's sell by. Our room was on the ground floor with a lovely view of the owners car port and Range Rover. Our other window was a small wooden single paned window that was at street level. It was very noisy. The room was clean but far from special. I travel a lot with work and this was acceptable for a night away with work but far from what we were expecting. Unbeknown to me, whilst collecting our stuff from the car, my wife had gone to bathroom only to find a 💩 left in the toilet. If I'd been there I would have gone ballistic and asked for another room or refund. Can't say what the beds were like as in the end we stayed somewhere else and came back in the morning for our breakfast which wasn't bad. The decor in the breakfast room more what we were expecting. We could hear every footstep from upstairs for the short time we were in the room. We found an absolute gem of a hotel which we will book every time we go back. Sorry but we won't be returning to the Esp

Very convenient location for visit to Tenby. Nice, comfortable guest house/hotel. TV reception in bedroom was pretty poor but very nice breakfast and friendly staff

Great stay! Very Quirky B&B! Greats hosts and very friendly! Fab breakfast so many options to choose from! Only negative was that we was in the loft room and although a fan was provided it was very warm getting ready and to sleep in! Would definitely stay again just not in the loft room in the summer months!

Wonderful views of the ocean. Very impersonal hotel. We tried to communicate and never got an answer and never got to meet any of the staff (there was no one to check us in, during breakfast or to check us out)

No staff to check in and we left early, so didn’t see any staff, however, clear check in and key retrieval instructions via text. Room ok and lovely sea view with a small balcony, but the bathroom was tired and shower not great. We had a double and a single in the room, so perfect for my daughter and I. But great position for the esplanade, beach and town centre. If basic, clean and good position is what you’re after, this will suit.

It was clean but no shower mat or hand rail the bathroom tilted from left to right making it very unsave getting in and out of the shower

Very good location, beautiful views/walks literally across the road!!! a very short walk into Tenby center. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options hot/cold. Room a good size with complimentary coffee/tea/biscuits provided. Beds comfortable. Would definately return!!!

Very good breakfast. Rooms very pleasant and comfortable. Refreshment tray was good. Bed and pillows very comfostable. Great spot overlooking the sea.

We had a great time

Great views from the bedroom. The only problem was lots of stairs but it was worth it for the sea view! Very good location, a leisurely 10 minutes walk to the train station and right next to the town walls and overlooking the lovely South beach.

The hotel is in a great location not far to town centre but fairly quiet at night. But inside sound proofing is poor and you can hear all your neighbours- which means they can hear you!! Clean bathroom, nice towels, nice bed. Breakfast was basic.

Really disappointing! The whole place is run down anc and needs urgent major upgrades. We got a room at the attic, needing to climb 60 stairs with luggage. Had a tiny small window, letting in just a bit of light. Waterview, though! No reception or service, or anybody to talk to, from late afternoon on. No parking. Reasonable breakfast ! Overall, one of my worst hotel experiences . Would not return!!!!!

Bedroom very comfortable, staff friendly, close to all the shops and restaurants, fantastic breakfast, would stay in this hotel again.

Was not value for the money we paid room very dated no hot water for shower or bath which is not acceptable breakfast was good

We had a lovely stay at 1 Espenade.. Great views n great location.. Pretty decor, recently decorated.. The breakfast was OK.. Prefered the cold buffet.
