小さなホテルで非常によく整備されているしきれいです。オーナーと思われる方（男性）が朝食の世話をしてくれます。Venue Cymruが近いので、3泊しました。駅からも5分程度。コンウィー方面に行くバスも裏手の通りを通りますので交通の便も良いです。道を挟んだ向こう側が海岸で、風力発電機がたくさん見えます。エレベーターがないのと、いわゆるリセプションがないので、チェック・イン時間を事前に連絡しておいた方がよいかもしれません。

オーナーが4月に購入して夫婦で営業を始めたばかりの素人で異常な程のフレンドリーさでプライバシーに遠慮なく入り込んで来ました。 夜中に暖房を切られて凍えたので暖房をお願いしたら逆に文句を言われた。朝食がビュッフェではなくオーダー式だし品数が少な過ぎ。2度と利用したくないホテルです。

海側ツインの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は少々狭く感じましたが、雰囲気はとてもよく、窓から見える海岸の風景がロマンチックでした。朝食がとてもおいしかったです。防音がよくなっく少々音が漏れるのが唯一の難点。

Great service from staff and nice little place. Only issue i can really think of is the floors are pretty creaky with it being an old building so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Didnt cause us any issues though.

Had a lovely break, hosts very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast excellent, good choices, would recommend.

Lovely comfortable clean room with excellent view. Welcoming hosts. Only downside was the room was a bit cold on arrival but no real issues

Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable.

Clean and friendly hotel - central to all amenities

Have stayed here before and location is fairly central on prom. Nice views of prom and pier/orme from room. Just breakfast and no parking provided but convenient hotel for most needs.

Our stay at Promenad was excellent. Very good location on the seafront and close to all amenities. Great location for the theatre, as only about 300 yards away. Room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast excellent. We loved the sea view. Well worth the small upgrade. Owners were extremely friendly and made us very welcome. Will definitely return in the future.

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her partner who said that Iain and Martine were lovely hosts who were incredibly welcoming towards them when they arrived. The room was clean, comfortable and had an amazing view of the seafront. The breakfast was fantastic - Martine makes excellent scrambled eggs.

We had a lovely stay at the Promenad and the owners Iain &Martine are so friendly and welcoming which makes the stay so much more enjoyable and we would definately stay here again.It is located on the promenade and room 4 had a great sea view.

Lovely place right on the sea front. Lovely hosts breakfast was varied and freshly cooked. Beds comfy. The shower could have done with more power behind it, but it certainly didn’t spoil anything about our stay. Would definitely go back.

Well where do I start, great location on the front. when we arrived we had a great welcome off Iain and Martine. Iain showed us to our room with a sea view, the room was clean and comfortable . The breakfast was awesome, couldn’t have ask for anymore. Great hosts and will definitely stay again.

We have no idea what happened between booking and actually staying here. The origianl pictures showed a very good quality B&B, what we actually got was a very poor experience, a generally dirty and dilapedated establishment. Had we known we would never have stayed there. There are far better places to stay than here - choose do yourself a favour ans stay somewhere else.

Very nice hotel, right on the sea front. Parking was an issue but it was August bank holiday so Llandudno was packed.

The property is located in the perfect spot; nestled along the beach front boardwalk within 5 minutes of the venue cymru and the town center. The breakfast is excellent. The owners are a warm and friendly couple. This was our first time in the UK and the first place we stayed. Our group highly recommends this facility.
