Accommodation clean, spacious and had tea/coffee facilities in the room. Staff very friendly and everything you needed for breakfast

Staff were friendly. Room was ample but the towels and sheets and mirrors werw dirty.

Breakfast was really nice and staff were very friendly, comfortable bed but the room wasn’t very clean, the bath was dirty with hairs inside and all grime around the taps , no rubber joint on the bottom of the shower screen so wasn’t able too have a proper wash

Property is not up to standard.Furniture was poor.no lift in building.lots of stairs to third floor.Breakfast was good.Very noisy area for revellers from nearby bars and takeaways.Smell of food from Indian restaurant next door.

Really run down and dangerously unkept in areas... Breakfast was greasy, and overall, poor presentation and scruffy dining room...no chat of feeling welcome....Areas of hotel poorly lit... Especially in stairwells.Complimentary services told , " leaflets out of date". Those leaflets still there when we left.front lounge could not sit in as a dumping ground...Bedroom was unclean in areas and decor coming apart as were curtains and carpets etc... windows were unsafe to leave open because the sash was unsafe.. also paintwork rough including throughout the property.. Overall wish we could of asked for money back but i would probably of being ignored ...went and had breakfast out...

Staff were friendly breakfast was nice fresh fruit daily just about had a sea view four poster bed was good bit too pink could do with a new mattress and there were long dark hairs in the shower Decor is a bit dated more geared towards the slightly older generation but as a whole a pleasant stay and good exercise being on the top floor I would recommend it to other people

What a lovely stay! We were in Rm 9 with a sea view - the room is very spacious and comfortable. We had the perfect hosts and our breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice and cooked to perfection.

Lovely stay in a homely B&B. Kiki was very accommodating of our needs and even allowed a later check out free of charge on my birthday. The only slight downside was the shower in our room , the water pressure was very low and hot water therefore took around 7 mins to fully come through, wasting quite a lot of water running it cold for that amount of time unfortunately! Otherwise a very pleasant stay and would definitely return.

I rated all the things I liked.....only one small issue....a slightly off putting shower...it was one with a fitting to each tap..hot/cold over a bath....but due to a panel being fixed half way along the bath you had to be under it to gauge the water temparature.... needless to say I gave it a miss..... they need to install an electric shower maybe?

Cosy stay. The building needs repairs as run down, though I don't mind quirkiness. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Vary good stay .breakfast was lovely..the window in room 6 was bracketing in the night..and shawer not much presser..but everything was good thank you again

The breakfast is wonderful and the staffs are nice and helpful.

The honeymoon suite was big and comfortable. Very clean and staff werevery helpful. The hotel is right in the centre and opposite pubs so it was quite noisy in the street in the evening because of nuisance idiots playing up. Amazing breakfast and because of where it is its easy to walk to all the fun of Llandudno. I was not happy with stair fire doors being propped open so closed them when I passed.

The room was very run down , wallpaper peeling off the walls, all the furniture in the room and downstairs were covered in cheap nylon stretch covers, plastic tablecloths, the shower barely trickled with water, when you flushed the toilet it took almost half an hour for the system to refill so you had the noise of constant running water, on the top floor you could actually see daylight through a crack in the ceiling, definitely nothing like the pictures on the website .

Breakfast was good. The building is old and everytime anyone in the rooms above walked across the floor our ceiling lights creaked and made noise, a lot of the floorboards creaked loudly when you walked on them. We stayed for 4 nights and, even with the clean room sign on the door, we never received any fresh towels?

Shower needed attention in Room 9 and there were no handles on bath and it was slippery. Towels are usually matching in colours. Expected a room with sea view but it was a bit of a challenge to see the sea! Good breakfast although problem in getting the choice correct. Beware of extra hot plates. Hotel nice and clean and in a central location.

Property was warm and clean the owner was very helpful and the breakfast was superb

A pretty dated property. The ceiling was caving in and I felt like I was going to fall through the floor. Not worth the money in my opinion. Staff were lovely and accommodating though.

A clean budget hotel with a very good breakfast. Staff friendly and welcoming. Some restoration going on outside which did not adversly affect our stay. The 55 steps to our room was no problem to us but may affect other travellers. There is no lift.
