Excellent location . Wonderful for visiting Victoria Falls and river cruise.

Great location on banks of yhe Zambezi River. Amazing views

We love this property because of the amazing team that works on this property, Our favorite is Tony F&B manager, he goes the extra mile for all of the guest. The food is fresh and great. We like the customer service of Simon and Samuel in guest services. All of the amenities on the property are amazing!

Very excellent service would come back a thousand times

Service and premise & rooms were excellent. Staff very hospitable.

We were here for 2,5 weeks for our honeymoon. The resort was the perfect choice! We had everything we could have asked for - everything was really clean, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as nice as possible, there are great food options for everyone (the kitchen chef even made us vegan burgers after we asked), there are many activities you can do there a well (minigolf, tennis, gym, yoga, massages, boat cruise,...) if you don't want to leave the hotel every day, they regularly ask for feedback and react to it right away the next day, and more.. we do not have any negative things to say about our stay except that we are sad that it is ending now!

The hotel is upscale. It has its own sunset cruise boat. The food and drinks were excellent on the boat and were included if you booked the sunset cruise.

It was great, my wife and I loved every moment. Great location, very clean and good service.

We had the most amazing time at Radisson in Livingstone. Such a beautiful place with extremely friendly staff. If you want a couple of days to relax and enjoy the beauty zambia has to offer this is the place for you. Special thanks to Samuel (guest relations) for making our lives so easy!!!

Did not like a lot about this property

The accommodation was overall really good. However, the food in the restaurant wasn’t anything to cheer about, though the breakfast was quite decent.

Lovely new build hotel. Restaurant staff need better training. Lovely and friendly people just inexperienced.

All is great. But my stay was short

Exceptional! Firstly, it is one of the newer properties in the area and is very well maintained. The service was nothing short of excellent. No question was unanswered and the staff (particularly Samuel) went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and an overall great experience. The food options were plentiful and very flavorful, both al la carte and buffet. I indulged in the spa which didn't disappoint. I went back a second time just prior to my departure for a massage and facial. If interested, the sunset cruise is available everyday around 430 at the hotel and a Boma show I believe on Sundays. The Victoria Falls is very close by as are other attractions. Icing on the cake is the site of elephants outside of the property upon exiting. This was by far my favorite hotel stay and trust me I've traveled A LOT! I hope to return in the future. Thank you to all of the staff. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
