スタッフはとても親切で気を使ってくれます。 現地ツアーの日は予定に合わせて朝食時間を早めてくれました。 部屋は毎日きれいに清掃してくれました。 WiFiが不安定なのは残念な点です。 繁華街まで徒歩で行けますが、少し遠いので晩御飯を食べる場所に苦労しました。

We immensely enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was so super helpful booking all her excursions and we had a trip of a lifetime. We can’t wait to come back and bring more friends and family with us. We think the lodge from the bottom of our hearts, and I’d rate the lodge a 10 out of 10.

Everjoy, Sherilynn, Sandra were so friendly and efficient on reception, driving, and cooking excellent meals. The rooms were scrupulously clean, and spacious. Being a small establishment meant we had wonderful care and attention. We walked to the town and Falls, but got the hotel vehicle to collect us for the slight incline back. I would love to stay there again.

I really like how clean the hotel was. The staff was very helpful, professional, and friendly. There was also a shuttle that you could use to take you places for the same rate as a taxi. I didn't like that there wasn't a restaurant on site so if you got back after it was time to order food then you were just out of luck. But if you do order food, it is made to order and very good with good portion size.

Freundliche und hilfsbereites Personal . Leider gab es ausser Frühstück keine Mahlzeiten. Muste man liefern lassen. War dann nicht mehr warm,so daß wir auswärts essen waren.

A lovely comfort lodge is not far from Victoria Falls. Staff are very friendly. They help us to arrange all our activities during our visit. I would definitely visit this place again.

The property was very comfortable and Everjoy went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. They offer a shuttle around town for $5.00 USD each way into town or to the Falls. There are aeveral dinning options nearby and the included made to order breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were nice and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful but Everjoy stole the show with her hospitality and friendliness! Would stay here again.

Small and cozy hotel with helpful staff.

Amazing customer service and they really cared. I asked for advice on things to do in Victoria Falls and the staff not only recommended events but set up and arranged my choices. It’s morning the middle of town but very 5 minute drive to mostly everything I wanted to do.

Location is ideal for walking to Falls

Everything was perfect organised. It is in walking distance to the center but the lodge offers also transportation. We had one time dinner and it was also delicious. I can recommend it

Bhejane became our home away from home. From Sherlyn picking us up at the airport to Tsongie helping us with your planning to the gentleman who does the breakfast to Charmaine at the front desk -- they all made us feel special and welcome. The hotel is walking distance to town and the grocery store for fruits and vegetables. AC worked fine. Pool was very refreshing. It's not fancy but it's fine and a great value. We came back twice after going on multi day safaris. And we would come back to Room 5 in the future!
