静かでよかったです。 3泊し、ビクトリアフォールズとチョベ国立公園で、中2日を過ごしました。 部屋の設備は問題ありません。

静かでよかった。記念日のケーキ等用意していただけました。2泊と一泊に分かれた予約しか出来なかったのですが、最後一泊は朝になって、部屋を移動するため荷物ん詰めました。部屋のデコレーション、花等、「移動する」言っていましたか、夕方帰ってくると、何も無し。 妻は悲しんでいました。朝の担当者が他の方だったら、移動してくれたかも、です。 食事は限定メニューでしたが、ブッフェすたいるよりいいかな？エコな点で。 メイルでやりとりしていただいた方々には、お世話になりました。 ありがとうございました。 皆さんの笑顔は素敵でした。 こちらのホテルは、お勧めします。 空港ピックアップは、必須です。

清潔感のあるロッジで、庭にはインパラやイノシシが訪れるなど、自然を身近に感じながら快適に過ごせました。夕食は日替わりで、ブッフェの日もあり、周囲にレストランが少ないためロッジでの食事が基本ですが、日本人の口にも合う内容でした。シャワーのお湯は使用量に限りがあるため、グループでの滞在時は使い過ぎに注意が必要です。

新しいこともあり、清潔。 スタッフは相談すれば丁寧に対応してもらえて安心できた。 朝食も美味しく、環境も静かで満足。 早朝の朝食ボックス対応もあり。しかも美味しかった。 街からは離れているが、問題はない。

Great service, staff were lovely

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Insika Lodge. Shortly after booking our online reservation for our group of seven, the staff reached out to confirm airport transportation. Our shuttle driver was on time not only for airport transportation but for all of our excursions. The lodge arranged all of our excursions for us and they were exceptional. The breakfast was excellent and we had dinner included in our meal. My husband and I had a suite with a patio. The room was spotless and we enjoyed both the onesies and bath tub. Finally, the grounds were immaculate. Me had an amazing time in Victoria Falls thanks to the Insinka Lodge staff.

What an amazing place. Insika Lodge gives luxury Boutique vibes, with stunning landscaping, beautiful rooms, and impeccable service. The food was excellent, and almost ridiculously reasonably priced. Breakfast (included) was amazing, with a variety of a la Carte options. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely welcoming and friendly. We can't recommend Insika highly enough.

Victoria Falls is stuning. Complementary shuttle service from the hotel.

This hotel was simply amazing and we didn’t want to leave. The bar area and relaxing pool terrace were relaxing after days of touring. Our room and the grounds were immaculate and I can’t say enough good things about the staff. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

Lovely lodge - our room was spacious and comfortable. Food was consistently very good. Staff were friendly and efficient. We had a great stay!

We stayed two nights here and I wish we could have stayed a little longer. The signature rooms was very nice with a queen size bed, double rainfall showers/sinks and a outside porch where you can watch the wildlife walk by. One thing to consider is the showers/bath are open concept so its kinda like you are bathing in the open room with just a small partition separating from the bed (not an issue for me as I was staying alone). The shuttle was very convenient to get to the falls and other areas in town. If you are going somewhere that is not on the shuttle stop just let the driver know and they will accommodate. The pool area/bar was really nice although the water was too cold for me. We only had a chance to eat the breakfast here and it was 10/10. I got the French toast. I also got a massage at the spa and it was easily one of the best massages I ever received (and I get massages monthly). The prices were super cheap as well compared to the US. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful grounds and buildings. An oasis of luxury. Food, service and presentation all excellent. Visits from bush buck and warthogs off my patio and pool. Fantastic place

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Facility is very close by all attractions and activities. Complimentary Shuttle service helps. And few unexpected visitors around !
