Very clean and secure environment, beautiful garden. Friendly staffand the food was amazing

It was horrible just to say the least. I arrived late at night and nothing was appealing to the eye. In the morning I went for breakfast and I regret the thought of eating from their dining hall. Left for meetings and came back to a room that was not cleaned or made. Went to complain on day 3 and they just sent their cleaners to clean and prepare bed. No Wifi as advertised. No clear TV channels.

I did not expect to have this kind of experience here. Where do I start. - They did not have rooms for us, even though the booking was confirmed days in advance. - We then had to go sleep in a "Guesthouse" away from the actual hotel which was not good at all, my colleague had a complaint about his bed that was filled with ants and could not sleep well. - The restaurant was not prepared for guests that actually wanted to eat, waited nearly 3 hours for a meal, which we had to change our order for as they realized that they did not have the menu items we originally ordered. - The breakfast the following morning was not great either

Home away from home. Superb hotel facilities in a tranquil environment with lush gardens. Helfpful staff - thanks guys

We had a pleasant stay at Lalani and ended up staying more than we had initially intended. The staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make us welcome. There was a glitch with the WiFi access for the first 2 days but once this was sorted out, everything was honky dorry
