Everything about this hotel is exceptional. Nothing to complain about.

Services

A very expensive breakfast at $28, though it is possible to order individual things for less. Shower head at about a meter high and didn't really work. Dated, but not terrible.

A dresser in the room that has a broken handle tore my £390.00 Charles Tyrwhitt suit trouser. I then discussed very politely with Amanda(one of their senior staff) that someone will get cut by that same drawer handle if they do not attend to it. I also showed Amanda that they were coackroaches in the room which she saw. In addition, i showed her that the shower was full of mold and gnats, which she also saw. She then escalated the matter to her superior, a heavily built man who was courteous and apologetic. He promised to relay the matter to the hotel manager who was away on the morning i checked out. They promised to get back to me on Monday 4 November 2024 but they never did.

Near office, good local food.

Twenty-eight usd for breakfast might seem expencive for someone counting their dollars.

The overall is outstanding, howeever the building is very old and outdated. The heater did not work and I was force to sleep with my sweater and long johns on to stay warm. The bed was not comfortable. The hotel is close to the city center, and throughout my stay I didn't have any problems besides the condition of the hotel. For the cost to book at this hotel, I was expecting for better.

Centrally located!Safe and quite!Exceptional customer service.Receptionists are friendly so are those in the dining area.Security personnel very helpful with welcoming guests as well as helping with lugguage during check in and check out.I would highly recommend!

The View and location

Location is good. Need to upgrade and get some more channels on your tv. They only had like 9 channels

Hôtel très bien situé, ils ont répondu à mes courriels pour les transports, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Ils m’ont référé le nom d’un chauffeur sécuritaire pour la visite du Great Zimbabwe et les peintures rupestres de Domboshawa. L’hôtel est situé entre deux magnifiques parcs.

What did I like about the place, absolutely nothing. The images they use for advertising don't show the actual state of the place. It's run down and the images which influenced my decision to book a room may have been true 30 years ago but imagine what the place would look like after many years of next to zero maintenance. They shouldn't use the images they're using now to advertise themselves because it shows a different hotel, they should get new images taken now and I wonder how many people would actually book with them when they see how it is now.
