We stayed in a standard double. It was tight for room but bed very comfortable. Pool was nice just to cool off because we hit the hot period. The internet worked very well. Tent was way too hot even with a fan during the day but cooled off nicely around 8-9pm. Bathroom facilities were not so nice/ipdated. No hot water when we came but because of the heat, that was ok. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Airport pick-up went smoothly. Didn’t use the kitchen self-help but others did. If they upgraded the bathroom
facilities and made dining here easier (no hour limit to let them k ow for dining), it would be uniformly nice.

広々とした敷地内に客室とプールやベンチ、カフェがあるとっても雰囲気のよい宿でした。空港からの送迎もあるようで、通常空港からタウンまでタクシーで30ドル（言い値）～25ドルくらいですが、宿に頼むと20ドル/１台でした。敷地内のカフェは時間は掛かりますが朝食から夕食（午後４時までに要オーダー）まで用意してくれてチェックアウト時にまとめて清算できます。またティーとコーヒーは無料のサービスがありがたかったです。
シャワーはお湯も出るし、自由に使える冷蔵庫やキッチンもありとても快適でした。

夕食は４時とか５時までに予約しないと何も食べられません。蚊が多いので注意。シャワーはぬるく弱い。

It was awesome. They are doing a great job, from Enochs pick up at the airport, smiling and on time, to Blessing and Olli's continued help and professionalism at the front desk. Also the staff do a fantastic job keeping the place sparkling clean which can be hard to do in a hostel! We were very happy there and can recommend it wholeheartedly!

Friendly staff that organized all my transfers and activities, easy to meet people but still have privacy...nice pool area and good breakfast. Walk to town about 2km, so not that far and there is a shop 1km away too for basics. Worked out better to pre book a pickup from the airport.

C'est juste une étape pour voir les chutes victoria pour moi une nuit c'est largement suffisant. L'hôtel vous propose un transfert
de 40$ jusqu'à Kasane. Mais j'ai trouvé à 30$ jusqu'à la frontière et si vous trouvez quelqu'un pour partager le taxi cela vous reviendra encore moins cher. pour faire les 8km jusqu'à kasane et non pas 25km comme le pretend la manager de la frontière a kazan J'aie payé 5$. Les chutes sont super belle pour prendre des superbe photo , visitez les chutes dans l'après midi

We had a wonderful time in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and enjoyed our stay at the Victoria Falls backpackers lodge. They picked us up just like we scheduled and we felt very comfortable in their peaceful grounds and rustic rooms. Their outside pool and patio is very relaxing.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Customer service was really good as most our excursions were booked through hostel...we had everything booked prior to arrival. Buying groceries was not easy and they really get you on exchange for credit card (US cash not accepted). Pool was very refreshing as the 38 degree temp and no A/C was tough on us older folks and we finally caved after 3 nights and got a room with AC. I would of liked filter coffee just to get my day going. Overall if you are into hostels I would recommend this Backpackers

Stayed two nights. No water and power on the first night until 10pm. Water ran very weak and had times with no water. Did not wash hair for two days. Other than that it is a lovely place to stay with its peaceful and quiet. It is not close to city centre. Need to take taxi, appr. 5USD each trip.
