Being on the boat itself was an amazing experience. I went with my family including my 86 years old grandma and she loved it. However, the process of collecting the ticket and then waiting for the boat was very hectic. It wasn't clear that we had to get the tickets from another location in the huge Dubai mall. During the fountains, there's so many people that it was difficult to navigate our way around. Also, the time slot is not accurate. You line up and get on whenever it's your turn.
