It's just so bad. I think the staff don't have any experience with manicure pedicure at all, not sure if they assigned new staff because I was using traveloka voucher. One of my finger was cut and bleeding, the nail shape also bad, they just ruined my nails, seriously. Well they said they were sorry but I mean they should not offering the service if they cannot do it well.
