The staff want proceeds my book because my barcode voucher unreadable by their phone, seems they don't really understand and knowing all type of voucher that their management sell in traveloka, by assumed that I only buying 60k voucher that for different requirements of services, and it's start made me mad when they took my phone too long inside somewhere I didn't see at all, and knowing that they open another windows view beside the voucher I want to redeem, knowing this by hear their communication

Bagus dan seru banget disana saya suka

Was getting warmest service from NAV staff and so far nothing wrong with my last experience with NAV Karaoke.

Kerennn disana lumayan sepi sih, tapi baguss kita pembayaran kira-kira 400an lebih tapi kasirnya baik suruh beli 400 aja trs sisanya cashh, kasir sangat membantu sekaliii

Seru banget, pengen kesana lagi

Pelayanannya bagus dari CS nya

Soundnya kurang bagus di room 2, terutama micnya... Aduh buat leher capek
