Antrian drive thru malah lebih lama daripada antrian biasa. Hasil test pun tidak otomatis masuk ke Peduli Lindungi. Kalah sama antigen dari puskesmas

Just bad service on the WhatsApp contact center. Slow response and they’re not even trying to understand what we actually asked. One of the PCR results was not sent to the phone number given, we tried to contact bumame and unfortunately only available on WhatsApp & that’s it! No result at all! So annoying! Fortunately, we have one friend who work at bumame (but different city) and he tried to contact bumame branch that we took PCR. So finally we got the result but it takes so long time. Useless WhatsApp contact center!

Everything’s ok. Till we wait for 1 of our group didn’t get her PCR 24hours result yet almost 48 hours, even though we tried to contact the wa chat center and no response. So bad!

28/01 15.00wib: antigen (hasil dijanjikan 30-45 menit dikirim ke WA & integrasi ke peduli lindungi) 28/01 18.00wib: hasil antigen baru keluar, setelah hampir 3 jam! & belum integrasi ke Peduli Lindugi 29/01 09.50wib: flight, harus cari tempat print di airport & harus validasi. (menghabiskan waktu 30 menit) 29/01 21.30wib: sampai detik ini pun belom integrasi hasil swabnya ke peduli lindungi. ini kah service Bumame Farmasi yg terkenal & sangat baik? tidak. hanya permintaan maaf dari CS (29/01 19.00wib) bumame. percuma, maaf aja ga cukup. dampaknya udah terjadi ga 2x saya menggunakan service bumame.

Service memuaskan, hasilnya juga cepat hanya dalam 10-15 menit, lokasi sangat strategis, sangat cocok buat orang-orang yang punya kesibukan padat.
