Staffers were not fluent in handling traveloka voucher. Took too long to check with many people to figure out how to redeem.
After filling out countless paperwork (not paperless as traveloka said), cannot link the voucher to the existing fitness first account to book classes on FF application.
Staffers were not trained and had inadequate knowledge of the cover of the voucher. First, was told the voucher excluded GX classes (whereas i tried the same voucher at another branch and allowed to be in). After asking for refund, texted me to say classes included now.
On Traveloka part, this is one of the worst experience in term of product and customer support. In term of product, the product details and the voucher gave wrong and inconsistent info (e.g 1 month pass has validity 1 week). Not only that, the voucher said refundable whereas the Traveloka app said not. Customer Support is horribly incompetence. Submitted 2 questions. All routed to waitlist for 30mins and then got an auto message. All replies were evasive or wrong (e.g invalid validity info - said due to sold out whereas i can still purchase voucher. When challenged then said to check and no further reply). My queries are still outstanding now. I cannot describe how dissapointed I am with Traveloka CS.
