私たちは5歳と6歳の子供を含む8枚のチケットを購入しました。大人1人は料金を支払いましたが旅行には参加しなかったため、旅行を快適にするために1席空いているはずでした。子供たちは料金を支払っているのでバンの座席が割り当てられているはずですが、バンの運転手と旅行代理店がオーバーブッキングをしたため、旅行中ずっと子供たちを両親の膝の上に座らせていました!!! 彼らは、トラベルオカで予約していない他のゲストを迎えに市内まで出かけました。ひどい経験でした。アプリ経由では絶対に予約しないでください。トラベルオカの誰も、旅行会社とツアー会社、そして運転手がなぜそのような行動をとったのか、そしてなぜ子供たちに席が提供されなかったのかを説明できません。二度としません。プエルトプリンセサで直接予約したほうがよいでしょう。少なくともこのようなことが起こった場合に誰に連絡すればよいかがわかります。また、地底川ツアーの優先となる乗組員がいることも知らされていませんでした。前日にピックアップ時間は午前7時と伝えられていましたが、迎えは午前9時でした。2時間も遅れました!私たちはバンの中で不快に感じ、午後の旅行に参加していたため、払い戻しを要求しましたが、無駄でした。このトラベルオカの予約担当者、そのパートナー旅行およびツアーは、私たちが経験した問題を解決するために何もしませんでした。ここでは絶対に予約しないでください。旅行中に何か悪いことが起こった場合、人々は責任を負いません。

自然が作り出した、息を呑むほど美しい景色。海を渡るジップラインはぜひ体験していただきたいです。

There was no confirmation a day before the activities. I had to initiate contacting them even I emailed them 3 days before our arrival. We were clueless if the activity will push through the next day because there was no communication at all from the provider. Other than that good experience.

The trip was great! We had much fun when we opted to avail the zipline and the mangrove tour. The tamilok tastes really good!

I would definitely go back to Palawan and book through Traveloka. It was a seamless transaction and a fun-filled experience.

The cave was better than I expected! It's so crazy! It was cool to see monkeys as well, and the buffet was amazing. Please note that most of your day will be spend waiting around. It is very easy to lose your driver/van/guide/group/boat! It is very disorganized! You will be told one thing and then told another! You might wait 30 min, might wait 3 hours! The tourism board/coast guard/TPTB has a way of doing things that takes forever and is unorganized and the tour guides have no power over it.

It was my third time to visit Puerto Princesa Underground River. At first, I was apprehensive because the local partner of Traveloka which I had been consistently ringing would not answer my call to confirm the exact time they would fetch us at our hotel. But they replied early in the morning of our tour. So no problem with that after all. The lunch buffet was satisfactory. I loved the vegetables and bananas and more bananas. Oh by the way, your rate is by far the lowest. Nice!
