Could not find the person nor the shop that would supply the SIM Card. Received a WhatsApp message to meet someone near the lift in the arrival hall?? So this means outside the building where the taxi drivers wait... either way a truly poor experience and service. I would recommend for anyone else, once you pass immigration just shop at the shops inside the terminal and buy 15gb for 100,000 IDR or 10 AUD. Would never use again, terrible service.

The SIM was working so good, even in Bali or Nusa Penida island. The price is so good, cheaper than buying directly at the airport or the city.

There is no shop/booth, just a guy who said meet at the information desk. He wasn’t there when I showed up and my ride was waiting. They had to page him over the airport PA. He eventually showed up with no explanation/apology. I’d go to a booth in future

The SIM cards are good as described. However, I think it will be better. After 30 minutes of looking for the location, I asked the girl at information counter to talk on her micro so the whole airport will know. Then a guy just showed up and gave me my SIM cards. The SIM cards worked perfectly as described. I believe the price is quite cheap.
