It took me 20mins to be recognized as a valid booker. They cannot find my booking deapite of all the proofs that I have shown to them.

Fasilitas lengkap dan bagus, lokasi strategis deket dengan pusat kota dan mall. Hati-hati jika booking ini hanya dapet breakfast hanya untuk 1 orang. Restorannya rame banget, ngantri 30 menit. Kondisi hotel sangat ramai terutama di weekend dan hari libur, better jadi pertimbangan kalo mau nginep di sini. Pelayanan bagus banget, harga sesuai dengan servis.

It was a good stay, view is amazing and room is spacious, perfect hotel to relax for staycation. Only we had a problem with the electric kettle on our room as it has an odor even after washing it also bath soap was not refilled.

Housekeeping staff members Jessie, Cocoy and Erwin at the Sofitel Manila Hotel philippines were exceptional, courteous and professional. They were the best staff across the whole Sofitel complex, all three members went above and beyond for my wife and I without any hesitation and always with a smile. I recommend more hotels to have staff like this would make your vacation a lot more comfortable and soothing. I will be definitely going back!

Iconic hotel but needs refurbishment. While the bathroom was obviously renovated, the sliding door in the balcony is a little rusty and dated.

I enjoyed the view and the room so much, but the service for 5star hotel isn't that good. It really hard to call the room service, we doing call for many times and waiting so long for pick up. Also we must upgrade the room key for two times because it doesn't work well, then I lost my 2 white new shirt and my hair tie while I put in bathrub pocket when I went to swim, when they clean the room they took the bathtub while I put those things, 😌 also my husband accidentally left him new airphone on the bed;,(while check out, I just think that so different service with the other 5 ⭐ hotel we ever stayed. For the restaurant also very expensive too, anyway we just disappointed with the service.

The staff are really friendly and accommodating. We felt really comfortable during our stay. Sofitel Suite room is huge with 2 TVs, 2 sofas, and Illy coffee machine even. Food selections are topnotch! Love the Club Millesime experience. Everything was worth it! We're blessed with perfect weather as well that we managed to witness Manila Bay's sunset. Overall, a satisfying and unforgettable experience 💕 Tip: There's a free shuttle service to Mall of Asia (RT) or Glorietta (1-way only). We weren't able to use it though.

My kids loved the spacious room and the pool. I also liked that there was a partial view of Manila Bay from our room and pool area had tropical vibes.😊 For areas of improvement, check in process took a while because the room wasn’t ready at 2 PM. Also I think the hotel staff are aware the room needs updating considering the age of the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay for the price!

They provide us 3 beds instead of 2! Never failed my expectation. Keep it up Sofitel. The staffs are nice. The place is clean. The food is good

The room and bathroom are not that so clean. The bed is not comfy. The pool water is not that clean

Very poor service. Not recommended! They made me wait for more than 2 hrs before they give me a room. And their reason was the room is under maintenance which is not even my fault! They even told me that treatment for walking clients and online are the same. So even if I paid and booked online the room would not be ready! It's a total waste of money! I and my partner should have celebrated our anniversary in another 1st class hotel. I hope you guys read this before you choose this poor service hotel..

I feel relaxed with my family at sofitel

We got the newly renovated room, though it was not facing the pool/bay, it was really nice! I like the modern interiors and it was perfectly clean. My children love the pool of course the activities at La Villas de enfants. I love the view of the ocean and the sunset. We truly had a great time! Hope to be back soon! Thanks, Sofitel! 😊

Everything is good except for the Television. The cable or TV channels are very limited. This should not be the case considering the price of stay and reputation of a 5-star hotel.
