The hotel property, especially the lobby and fromt grounds are very inviting and great! The staff was very friendly. The rooms are a bit outdated but they are spacious and comfortable.

I really did not enjoy the layout of the property. They give you a map to find your room after check in. Feels like you are walking through a maze to find your room..everytime you go in and out your room. Not convenient at all

The Crowne Plaza is activity central for GCU's PhD students and faculty. It is always nice and the staff is primo. So whenever we go to Phoenix, we stay there!

It smelled like an old hotel. No bell man. We had to carry all of our stuff 3 floors up. Wouldn’t stay there again

We had a great stay at the Crowne. Easily accessible and walkable downtown bar and restaurant scene. Everyone was SO nice there. We loved the pool/bar area as well as other little activities. Only con would be that we couldn’t seem to access the wifi our entire stay. Overall, this was a great experience and place to stay during our first visit to AZ!

We stayed here one night. Area was nice, lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Our room was a little dusty. Staff was very nice.

I stayed 3 nights and 1st day room service was marginal after that all was good I like the location waking distance to many venues from seattle and visiting family in Gilbert which is close

I moved from one dirty room to another and eventually just checked out early. It’s an old hotel and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired.

Being woke up from guest walking and talking late at night

Room 318 the A/C did not work for us, it came on but shortly after it turns off. Returning back to our room was hot, and could not sleep over night. But cleanliness was great! We were just to tired to call front desk

Great property with nice pool area, lobby bar and excellent location. Super nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Had to request housekeeping everyday. Rooms are nice and clean, and we’ve stayed several times when in town for baseball- would recommend!

When we walked into the room it didn't smell clean. The bathroom was not very clean and is in need of some serious updates. When hotel staff asked about my stay I sent them photos and they offered to switch our room. The next room the door was open when we arrived abs there were bugs everywhere. The third room was in better condition but the tub would not drain properly. This hotel needs some serious updates. The hot tub area looks in bad condition.

Very nice property and great location right in the heart of downtown Chandler, you can walk to everything. My only concern was I think a previous guest may have smoked on the patio and somehow some of that smell got in the room but I would still stay here again if I am in the area.
