Overall the property was nice. Reliable internet. Quality of breakfast buffet was excellent. Property is convenient to everything downtown, with restaurants/ bars within 25 ft. of front door. Several wall light fixtures were broken on 6th floor & ice machine was not available. Think $50 parking daily was pretty high cost. Overall, excellent for an older property.

Staff NEVER came to clean room. Don’t know about breakfast as they gave us a $15 voucher towards restaurant or bar but neglected to tell me it was o pay good for the day I checked in which was a late check in. I asked the front desk the next day and all I got was a shrug of her shoulders. What kind of service is that . Unfortunate for us that is the perfect location that we will be going every month as my daughter and her family just moved into that area. Luckily there more hotels just a bit further away. Will never stay there again

Great place to stay and this place has a great location

We enjoyed our room which had great views of the water, allowing us to watch some cruise line ships on their return. The property restaurant was pricey, so we only used once during our stay. My daughter had a great time in the pool area and we would definitely return if in that area again.

Hotel is in a beautiful area, but is a bit dated. Construction going on my floor n no ice machine are operating

Rooms are clean and nice. Hotel lobby, lobby hotel bar very nice. Pool area definitely needs some work. There were never any towels. Pool bar not open even though advertised it would be open? Especially if you’re charging a fee for a resort fees, which you would think would include pool towels

My room was noisy and dirty and when I returned home I realized I had bed bug bites

Great location. We were able to walk to the Benchmark arena. Room was comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel didn't have great food but the staff were great.

Loved my stay!

Stayed two nights. Multiple times of listening to a rat scurrying across the ceiling.
