立地が良く、クラシカルな雰囲気、小規模で行き届いたサービスが非常に素晴らしいと思いました。

伝統の中にシンプルさと清潔感、そしてホスピタリティがしっかりしていて居心地が良かった 空調、エレベーターも古くなく快適 さらに、スーパーは近いしグリーンパークの駅にはM ＆Sもあり便利　　また、素敵でカジュアルなパブ、レストランも全て徒歩5分内の立地 朝の散歩でもバッキンガム宮殿も近く まさにロンドンに住んでいる体験ができるホテルです

アクセスも便利です。 スタッフの方がきさくで親切で心地よい滞在となりました。 レストランのお食事もとてもおいしかったです

滞在していた期間はスタッフが気にかけてくれていた。親切にしていただいたので心地よく滞在できた。他のホテルはアメニティが揃っていないところが多いが、日本と変わらないアメニティのサービスで満足だった。浴槽もあるので旅の疲れが取れた。1月の寒い時期に利用したがシャワーの水圧やお湯の温度も全く問題なかった。最寄駅からは6,7分ぐらいの距離たが、駅やバスが近くにあるので観光しやすかった。バッキンガム宮殿には徒歩で行けます！

素晴らしい部屋とスタッフの対応でした。料理やバーの空間も素晴らしかった。 浴室がオーバーヘッドシャワーのみでハンドシャワーが無かったのと排水の具合が優れなかったのが少し残念でしたが、歴史のある建物を使用させてもらってるので納得してます。

美しい内観、親切なスタッフ、設備は新しく使いやすく、最高のホテルでした。

The Chesterfield Mayfair is one of my favorite hotels in London, and it's my first choice whenever I visit. Located in the heart of Mayfair, it's within walking distance of the shopping on Regent Street and the West End theaters, yet it's tucked away on quiet Charles Street. It's hard to believe you're in one of the world's busiest cities because the hotel feels so peaceful. What keeps me coming back is the exceptional customer service. The staff genuinely remembers returning guests, which makes every stay feel warm and welcoming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and after a long day of shopping or an evening at the theater, it's the perfect place to relax. I also appreciate that the bar serves food and drinks late into the evening. After a show, we enjoyed a meal there before turning in for the night, which was a great way to end the day. I've stayed here several times, and the experience has always been outstanding. I highly recommend The Chesterfield Mayfair and will continue to stay here whenever I'm in London.

Fantastic hotel. Super clean with brilliant staff. Stayed 2 nights with the family and can’t praise highly enough. Enjoyed every moment of it.

Lovely staff and location, enjoyed the overall grandeur but found our bath tub was a bit run down and we had to ask for sheets to be changed on arrival as they were very stained.

Amazing staff!! We traveled with our children, and they were so helpful and accommodating. Hotel is beautiful and well maintained.

This hotel is better than I ever could have imagined. The service was phenomenal and started before we even arrived. They truly care and take amazing care of their guests. The hotel was spotless, the decor was amazing. I will stay here EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME to London. The food was also amazing. Major shout out to Maina for making our stay extremely special.

Wonderful property. Recently refreshed. Cafe and nightly piano exquisite. They have a new rooftop lounge. I didn’t have time to visit it: nest trip for sure.

The staff is top tier. So helpful…hotel is in a fantastic location and the late night bar is convenient.

Everything was spectacular about the Chesterfield Mayfair. Our room was gorgeous. Our bed was comfortable and we felt like royalty. We had an anniversary dinner in Butler's and had Dover sold for the very first time. It did not disappoint. Harrison was a wonderful server. The reason why we ended up in the restaurant having dinner was because of Wasim, who is it an excellent ambassador for the Chesterfield Mayfair. He was a joy to talk to and encouraged us to book dinner there. We had the Dover soul as I said and it was perfectly prepared. He also ordered the rhubarb souffle for dessert. Everything was spectacular. We certainly hope we have the opportunity to return to this lovely hotel
