立地が良く、クラシカルな雰囲気、小規模で行き届いたサービスが非常に素晴らしいと思いました。

伝統の中にシンプルさと清潔感、そしてホスピタリティがしっかりしていて居心地が良かった 空調、エレベーターも古くなく快適 さらに、スーパーは近いしグリーンパークの駅にはM ＆Sもあり便利　　また、素敵でカジュアルなパブ、レストランも全て徒歩5分内の立地 朝の散歩でもバッキンガム宮殿も近く まさにロンドンに住んでいる体験ができるホテルです

アクセスも便利です。 スタッフの方がきさくで親切で心地よい滞在となりました。 レストランのお食事もとてもおいしかったです

滞在していた期間はスタッフが気にかけてくれていた。親切にしていただいたので心地よく滞在できた。他のホテルはアメニティが揃っていないところが多いが、日本と変わらないアメニティのサービスで満足だった。浴槽もあるので旅の疲れが取れた。1月の寒い時期に利用したがシャワーの水圧やお湯の温度も全く問題なかった。最寄駅からは6,7分ぐらいの距離たが、駅やバスが近くにあるので観光しやすかった。バッキンガム宮殿には徒歩で行けます！

素晴らしい部屋とスタッフの対応でした。料理やバーの空間も素晴らしかった。 浴室がオーバーヘッドシャワーのみでハンドシャワーが無かったのと排水の具合が優れなかったのが少し残念でしたが、歴史のある建物を使用させてもらってるので納得してます。

美しい内観、親切なスタッフ、設備は新しく使いやすく、最高のホテルでした。

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were treated like royalty at the Chesterfield Mayfair. The hotel staff goes above and beyond. It has a restaurant, beautiful bar with live music, a beautiful rooftop bar and a tea service. I highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, full of charm and character, everything is spotlessly clean and the hotel smells amazing. Staff were incredibly helpful, welcoming and all your needs are met. On arrival we had champagne and up on telling them we were celebrating a birthday, we were given a surprise birthday cake with candle. Everything about this hotel was perfect.

Such an amazing location. Very walkable. Amazing — White Glove Service! Cannot wait to come back!

My wife and I stayed at The Chesterfield Mayfair to celebrate my birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and special. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality set the tone for a memorable stay. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally comfortable—exactly what you hope for when staying at a luxury property. We also spent time at the bar, where the drinks were perfectly crafted and generously poured, complemented by superb, attentive service. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would absolutely return to The Chesterfield Mayfair the next time we are in London.
