I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, and the room was clean and well organised. I particularly appreciated the proper desk, the iron, and the shelf in the bathroom. The breakfast was reasonably good. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which made travelling easy and convenient.

ホルボーン駅から徒歩10分程度、よく使うバス停が目の前、大英博物館にほど近くと立地が良かったです。 お部屋は清潔でバスタブもあり、シャンプーandリンスもホテルのを使用しました。 電気ケトル、ドライヤーが使えたのは良かったです。 １つ言うなら冷蔵庫が欲しかったですね。 ホテルのスタッフの方々は英語の拙い私の言葉にも理解しようと寄り添ってくれる姿勢が嬉しかったです。

便利な場所で設備も整ってます。ただ冷蔵庫はありませんでした。

ベッドメーキングをリクエストしたが、忙しかったとの理由で1日目されていなかった。

最寄りの駅が2つの地下鉄路線が使えるし、ロンドン市内のどこに行くにも便利です。2つの駅がそれほど遠くなく、ヒースロー空港へも直通で行かれるので、とても便利です。 ホテルの近くにお店などもありますが、静かでした。 部屋は清潔に掃除され、水圧も排水も申し分ありませんでした。ただ、シャワーが上から固定されているのだけしか使えず、ハンディシャワーがあるのですが、使えないとの ことで、不便でした。

Fussläufig von U-Bahnstation Holborn entfernt, ideale Lage um Covent Garden, British Museum und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erkunden. Leihräder im die Ecke verfügbar. Wir würden wieder hierher kommen.

Hotel itself was fine, would have been good had it not been issued faced on the first night in arrival. We were informed that the hotel did not have a room available, despite us booking and paying in advance. All they could offer was a single room for the 2 of us. I am still waiting for a refund too

Kaunis perinteinen hotelli kaupungin tapahtumien keskipisteessä. Toimiva joukkoliikenne (bussit lähtevät pääoven edestä). Ilmastointi toimii, jääkaappi hyvä juttu. Monipuolinen aamiainen, siisti aamiaishuone. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Tulisin uudestaankin. Toki hinta korkea sijainnin vuoksi.

Supert hotel, svært kjekke personale

The people here were great and the hotel is well located near the British Museum, theaters, restaurants galore, and public transit. My sister had a scooter for mobility, and although I had not prebooked it, they graciously gave us an accessible room. And they were very attentive to her needs, lifting the scooter up the front steps and finding us a different path out to the street. They went above and beyond.

Great location, walkable to Covent Garden and minutes from the British Museum. Everything seemed clean and satisfactory.

Good enough hotel to stay at if all you're doing is resting your head between daily excursions. Which most likely is what everyone visting a city like London is looking for.
