フレンドリーなスタッフ、良いサービス、そしておすすめの場所

パンパシフィックでの滞在は本当に素晴らしかったです。到着した瞬間から、スタッフの皆さんの対応は素晴らしかったです！お部屋は清潔で、美しくデザインされていて、とても快適でした。特に、細やかな心遣いが気に入りました。設備も素晴らしく、滞在のすべてがスムーズで、リラックスでき、楽しく過ごせました。またぜひ訪れたいと思っています。快適さと質の高いサービスを求める方には、パンパシフィックを強くお勧めします。

フロントデスクのサービスチームは素晴らしかったです。ロビーは改装中でしたが。全体的な経験は良かったです。バーの女の子はあまりフレンドリーではありませんでした。あの表情をしていました。サービスする前にまずお金をください。

スタッフはチェックインとチェックアウトの際にとても親切でした。

The reception team member was very nice, and so was the concierge team. I felt bad for the poor barista as she was by herself and there was a long queue. I was there for a conference and dinner, which was slightly disappointing with hardly any service. No one came to the table to serve drinks or check. They had 2 bottles on the table for 10 people, so literally 1 and a bit drink each, and once we ran out there was no top up. We had to knock on the BOH door to get some drinks, which they were reluctant to serve as if they have to pay for it. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2014, and service used to be good in the conference space, but this time it was very poor. But on a positive note, as I mentioned before, the front office staff was very pleasant to deal with, so well done to them, and the barista did well under pressure, but please provide her some support in the busy times. (Please note below service rating is only for the Banquet space and not other outlets, housekeeping, or the Front office).

The best service I have received ever from a hotel. Celebrated my sis birthday there and got 3 cakes out of which 2 were complementary from the hotel and hotel staff. Special mention to Rohan, Sharon, Beleria & many other staff there, sorry forgot the names. Thanks for making our stay soo soo special. We will definitely be back just to see you guys. Hotel room clean, staff friendly, good services ,value for money
