施設自体はよかったものの、サービスはもう一歩といったところ。フロントでもらったルームキーがアクティベートされておらず部屋に入ることができなかった。また、ルームサービスについて質問してもホテルのサービスをよく理解していないようだった。

I came for a Congress atbthe hotel The room was big, very comfortable. The service was great. The hotel is near two great shopping centers, so that was nice as I did not have time to go to the city centers. Plenty of nice restaurants in a walking distance. I would love to gome back !!

Existe mala limpieza en los cuartos, los baños se empozan, hay mugre en el baño y en los extractores.

Buena buena, pero esperaba más. Al llegar me informan que debo pagar el IVA porque no estaba considerado. El desayuno tampoco estaba considerado y el costo por persona era ridículo. En la noche, solicitamos un servicio a la habitación porque el Bar estaba cerrado, y tardaron 30 minutos en llevarlo.

Restaurant staff was very slow in service. Even with not a lot of customers. A few times I had to wait z10 minutes before someone came up to me.

Hotel is very well located easy to tourist from there, people are very nice and friendly, I love the variety options for breakfast and even I could have my oatmeal with all the seeds and granolas I like. Hotel is close to Costanera Center mall and all the restaurants you can enjoy. Happy to choose it.

O hotel é maravilho! Localizado próximo à mercadinhos e a um starbucks. A recepção atenciosa e solicita. O quarto que ficamos era amplo e limpo. O banheiro muito bom, chuveiro bem forte! O restaurante é muito bom, comida gostosa e diversificada tanto no café da manhã quanto no almoço. A vista da janela do quarto era linda. Únicos “defeitos” que encontramos foram: não tem “chuveirinho” pra asseio no sanitário e fica um pouco distante da estação de metrô (uns 10 minutos de caminhada).

Hotel lotado. Os funcionários não deram conta. A porta do banheiro não fechava, o box vazava. Barulho nos corredores, banheiro pequeno, quarto pequeno. Não é o padrão Sheraton que tenho como referência.

The service was good

The hotel staff are not friendly. The hotel rooms are old and noisy. I moved a room and forgot a toiletry bag in the previous room and ask housekeeping to fetch it but they said that it was not there. The bag contained my medication and they said that it was not there. Strange that it was not there as it was only a few minutes afterwards and the bag was gone. The staff most certainly took it.
