I felt price is high for the facility, it’s really old and cheap. And I didn’t feel any hospitality from staff during my stay even when I was checking-in.

Very nice staff

My fiance and I ended a lovely day with a respite stay at the Sheraton. My fiance had knee surgery and looked forward to a hot bath. Instead he got ice cold water in the bath and a nasty surprise when the plug cover separated and revealed significant corrosion. I took pictures and reported the issue to the front desk at check out. They said take the problem to Expedia!

The room was huge and great for our family with two tweens. We were disappointed that there is no longer an indoor pool, that was part of the reason we booked this hotel. The television is outdated so there was no options for streaming or casting which also disappointed the kids. The location is great to get to the mall and a quick ride into Boston.

Good customer service

We were given a room that had pets in it and it smelled.i had dog hair on my bed and it was on the carpet. They did change my room and apologized. They should be more careful during check in and not put people without pets in a room that allows it.

Construction in and outside of the hotel with construction going on outside throughout the night. Would have recommended advising customers and lower cost of rooms during construction

For the price ok...pool is down...they had a party in the ballroom and could hear the music on the second floor all night. Bathroom seemed dirty, different brand shampoo and conditioner which just seemed like leftovers. Not a big deal, just didnt smell clean. Mattress was lumpy.

Extremely unimpressed with this hotel. The images online did not reflect what the hotel actually looks like. Everything thing was extremely outdated. The sheets were old and barely clean. Other than the receptionists and the restaurant/bar, everything was an absolute no. Do not recommend.

We did not have a good experience with the front desk staff and will not be back.

Hotel is old and needs updating but it is comfortable and location is convenient. For one night it was fine. Staff was helpful, especially the evening bartender and morning breakfast server who were great.

Great place, looks like a castle.

This property is ready for a renovation. The rooms are loud. Chipped paint, dirty sink, old carpet and the list goes on and on. When we arrived the front desk stated that they no longer had a king room, which I paid for, but only had one with two double beds. We’re big peeps, that will not work. Out of nowhere she got one, less than 10 seconds into the convo. Why do that to people? It’s not nice.

The hotel was under renovations at the time of stay but noise was not a factor. The work areas were contained. The parking was not limited. My rating is based on Very small bathroom and restaurant closed as well during our stay. I was only notified of construction after I locked in my booking.

Neveen was terrific, she took care of anything that was needed and did it pleasantly
