昔の闘牛場を改築したホテルなので、とても雰囲気が良かったです。部屋から旧闘牛場が見えて、眺めが良かったです。サカテカスのセントロまでは徒歩で行くことができ、立地も良いです。泊まった部屋にはバスタブがあり、ゆっくり滞在できました。

清潔感と重厚感があり、落ち着いて気持ちよく滞在できるホテルです。又、朝食はビッフェ形式ですが、選べる食材が多く、満足できます。夕食は雰囲気のあるホテル内のレストランがお勧めです。出てくる食事はおしゃれです。 バレーパーキングも車内を汚さないように配慮していた点は素晴らしいと思います。

ホテル内の素敵なお店。私達夫婦は挨拶をして「見ても良いですか？」に対して女性の店員は目も合わせず、無反応。終始私達を睨みつけたまま、気分が悪くなり、直ぐに出ました。全体的に他の従業員も挨拶をしない。ずっと気分が悪かったです。もう二度と行きません。

Hotel is located in near Centro of Zacatecas, and has a very historical view, and also very comfortable, I had stayed only one night, however, had good experience such as be like a blue blood of old Spanish staying this historical background hotel,

El hotel cuenta con unas excelentes habitaciones, el personal es muy amable y atento. Esta muy bien ubicado del centro y hay mucho transporte para ir a otros sitios. No olviden recorrer el hotel, ya que es un patrimonio histórico.

Para nada es la calidad de lo que era QUINTA REAL, el hotel está muy descuidado y las habitaciones igual

The hotel is beautiful! However, the hotel had a VIP guest that made our stay very uncomfortable. Most of the staff was worried about their vip guest that they didn’t care about the rest of the guest in the hotel. This so called VIP guest, celebrated their birthday on the hotel grounds and had very loud music until 3 am. We were not even allowed to take pictures or explore the rest of the hotel because of the vip guest. Very disappointed because the hotel is such a beautiful hotel and has so much history.
