施設がそろっていて楽しかった‼️スタッフの対応も良かった!

Hotel charged resort parking fee even though I did not use it. I recommend the guest to confirm the receipt after checking out.

バスローブが欲しかった

There is no elevator and it is not easy with someone carrying suit cases even though the buildings are only 2 stories.

出張の滞在先として４泊しました。仕事だったのでホテルの滞在を楽しむという感じではなかったですが、ホテルスタッフ、レストランのスタッフ、そしてUPSのスタッフがとても親切で接客もよかったです。部屋はリゾートビレッジタイプに泊まりましたが、設備は古く水回りに関してはもう少し頑張ってほしいところです。ホテルカウンターで貰えるクッキーがいつも温かい状態でいくつでも貰えとても美味しく毎日頂いてました。チェックアウトもスムーズでカードを返却するのみ、お願いすればレシートも発行してくれます。

Was a quick trip but nice place

The hotel is fine but a bit dated. The bathrooms especially felt very old and the water from taps smelled bad. The service was good, although the constant demands for tips and the resort fee were a bit much.

Clean room

There was neither of those things at this hotel,and the staff was clueless,the only thing nice about it was the tiki bar, everything thing closed up at 9 the gift shop, the restaurant,the outside bar ,the tiki bar it wasn't very good

We were able to stay in a corner room and it was beautiful! The stay was great and the staff was wonderful during our conference!

El hotel tiene buen precio en estadia. Sin embargo en la pagina de Expidia indica que el precio del desayuno son $25.00 dolares. Fui a desayunar y por dos personas cobraron $65.00 en vez de $50.00 y en el recibo no desglosan por persona cuanto facturaron. Lo suman todo junto para hacerte una bola de humo y facturar mas de la cuenta. No les recomiendo desayunar en el restaurante del hotel. Frente al hotel hay un subway caminando.

The property was nice. It gives true vacation vibes with the amenities offered. Our issues were with the villa we placed in and the shuttle. The room was outdated and could have been more cleaned. It smelled of slight smoke smell, but it was enough to move rooms. Our TV channels did work, but it was corrected one the last day of our stay. The shuttle only runs two times a day. We booked the shuttle from the park for 5pm, it never came. We took a Lyft back and was able to get reimbursed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and understood our concerns and did whatever they could to make us happy. I would stay again, but I will stay in the tower instead of the villa's. We did not select a villa when booking, it was given to us at check-in. The villa's are just rooms outside of the tower, nothing special. It kind of gives motel vibes but better.

I’m very disappointed and was mislead by the unnecessary fees that was charged Tony card. This hotel is NOT a resort and is run down and outdated

Best hotel. Close to everything. Best breakfast buffet!!
