Very clean and organized hotel

Nice service.. clean

Hotel reformado , instalações dos quartos , academia e lobby atualizadas e boas, apenas área da Piscina que está datada e merece uma atualização, piscina poderia ser maior e opção de piscina Kids mais rasa. A grande dificuldade de entender é sobre a taxa de resort ! Tudo se paga a parte , estacionamento por incríveis $27 por DIA , cadeiras de praia , café da manhã , tudo é a parte. Apenas toalha da Piscina a disposição. Imagine que em 2025 este hotel ainda tenta te cobrar por WI-FI. Hotéis da latino America e Caribe tem um política diferente , como incluir muito mais coisas na taxa de resort . Neste hotel por exemplo a taxa de resort não resolve muita coisa, somente essa questão me deixou na dúvida em retornar .

I would give better review, but the not have my room ready, and next day move me late it was very inconvenient especially because I need a handicapped room for my son, and also, the restaurant was very busy which I understand I was offering a free dessert because the inconvenient I wait for 45min an i get up and leave the server said I will sending you the dessert to you room well i never received. It's okay just be aware the you lost a good client.

The beds are too firm and you need to remove the bathroom door and put a barn door style so both mirrors can be used at the same time.

Pool could be bigger and food was not the greatest. One restaurant was to expensive. They should also update that you now have to pay $25.00 a day for parking as well, on their website..

Ocean front. Non crowded beach. Good food.

I liked the beach access. Beach was big and not crowded.

Beach view was nice. Overall quality of resort- food, service and parking fees for guests was disappointing. I spent 5k and could have gone somewhere nicer for the cost.

Recently renovated hotel that’s in Clearwater but not in the craziness. Check the recent pictures. The pool and beach area feels very private and not overfilled with tourists. It seemed that there were a lot of families who drove in to stay and not overly touristy feel at the hotel. Hotel rooms are small but feel nice and clean with the new decor. The restaurants are funky lit and not renovated but the food was fresh and the drinks were great. The pool bar and food truck were very convenient. All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They trolley is a fun option to get to main Clearwater area over the bridge. A lot of stuff to do at the pool and beach. Will come here again with family and kids.

Wonderful pool and drinks!

This place is amazing for families! Pool is great the beach has its own private beach to walk out to. Also has a free trolley that takes you to main spots on Clearwater beach as well. Overall awesome experience.

Very friendly staff, our king bed room was large, clean and comfortable, large quiet secluded beach with chair rentals available, the free tram to the beach was fun and convenient! Across the bridge to the bustling Clearwater beach boardwalk with many shops/dining options with free trolley service.

Beautiful resort, great pool area, and nice private beach

Amazing - highly recommend. Great for a trip with toddler. Really good buffet breakfast
