The room air conditioners could work a little bit better

The water pressure could of been better but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Nice visit to see the lights for Christmas

It’s was ok. Our door had to be slammed to close..

I liked the location which was near the city of Natchitoches, LA. The breakfast was a plus. I noticed that the bathroom floor was dirty in the corners and the entrance door was difficult to close.

The non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and the rooms were sub-par cleaned!

Room smells of smoke. The carpet and bathroom were dirty. The floor of the bathroom had debris, blood spots and ashes. Not good

Toilet wasn’t clean, vent fan in bathroom was squeaky and noisy, towels were small and cheap and they couldn’t keep up with the breakfast. It was pretty much empty. We stayed in room 229.

Breakfast was rather limited. Free so what would you expect

Bij binnenkomst zagen we al gelijk kakkerlakken. De koelkast was heel vies en daar lag een dode kakkerlak in. Dezelfde avond even terug naar de receptie en er werd ons wel gelijk een andere kamer aangeboden. De koelkast heb ik uiteindelijk zelf maar schoongemaakt. De andere kamer geen bugs meer gezien maar ze gingen ineens alle tv kastjes vervangen. Waarschijnlijk ging het nieuwe abonnement nog niet in want we konden geen tv meer kijken. Personeel was heel wisselend qua vriendelijkheid en service.

Had two rooms one had dirty sheets, both bathrooms where broken,one door had a big gap. Had to flush the toilet with a hanger

Ok place

The staff are super nice, it’s just an old building. I wasn’t expecting that.

WiFi didn’t work with laptop only phone. Shabby appearance.
