Wide room, Clean, nice hotel

部屋が広く、且つ、清潔なホテルです。 スタッフの対応も大変良いです。 ただし、日曜日のカルガリー市内はお休みの 店(コンビニなど、ホテル周辺)が多いです。

とても清潔で部屋も小さい部屋をチョイスしたけど広く感じられた！

Very nice

We went here and spent a lot of money for the night of our wedding. We showed up in a white dress, and suit with luggage. We stood at the front desk waiting to get checked in. We were the only guests waiting. The person working at the front desk saw us, did not greet us, and proceeded to make 3 phone calls while we waited until she even acknowledged us. Didn’t see friendly or make us feel special in any way. Asked for an ID and credit card. I gave it she didn’t even acknowledge or congratulate us until I said oh we just got married. We ordered room service for a special breakfast the morning after we got married but got super cold food. We called the front desk to rectify it but she said I don’t know and what do you want me to do. I just work at the front and not the kitchen to which I replied working at the front you should be there and willing to help with any issues that arise. At $500 for one night which we were hoping would make us feel special and especially with ordering breakfast which we didn’t get much help on we feel is a waste. We shouldn’t have splurged that last $500 and just went home on our wedding night. Now we will never stay at a Marriott Hotel again. I know this may seem lengthy but having spent so much money all day and ending your wedding with this was just super disappointing. I’ve never even ever written a review on here before. Stay somewhere else in Calgary. I’m sure any other hotel would have went above and beyond.

Hotel itself is kept well. The rooms are a 3 star at best not 4 star for sure.

Clean organized amazing

Staff are always available and helpful- this location is managed very well - polished approach and everyone is kind - the valet service is flawless - its my go to staycation for everything restful and easy.

Staff were very helpful, they give you refillable water bottles which is a nice touch. Room was generic but clean and well setup

Fabulous all round

Great location for the stampede. Building is a little older but the service and staff made up for all of it. There is a bar in the lobby and you can actually order room service to the room as well!

Honestly, it was the first day of Stampede and everything and everyone were excellent!!

Close to Stephen st and lots of restaurants not extremely loud could use some updates in the rooms but nice

Breakfast was very good

We love our stay at the Calgary Marriott. The location was excellent it’s all walking distance to pretty much every where we went to. The room was cleaned, staff are very nice and helpful we even had our room upgraded due to the original room assigned to us had an aircon unit issues, making a loud noise. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.
