Wide room, Clean, nice hotel

部屋が広く、且つ、清潔なホテルです。 スタッフの対応も大変良いです。 ただし、日曜日のカルガリー市内はお休みの 店(コンビニなど、ホテル周辺)が多いです。

とても清潔で部屋も小さい部屋をチョイスしたけど広く感じられた！

I had two bad experiences with them One of them is when I was waiting a staff for asking parking valet, there was no one working for 30 mins And then one guy finally came from smoking area that is beside me I was so surprised he was actually there I’m wondering what he could see us waiting for a while I can’t believe that at all The another one is about room keeper When I got back hotel in my second day my room wasn’t cleaned and I called to front and asked why my room wasn’t cleaned up The guy answered the reason why I supposed to ask that to the front by myself But I didn’t get a information of that when I checked in and also I couldn’t see anything about that in my room So I stayed a night with dirty room and I didn’t hear any apologies from them Anyway, that was my worst hotel experience ever

Hotel was amazing! When we arrived at 9 am, they were able to put us in a room, allowing us to sleep for several hours due to our early am flight. This was an incredible gesture.

The hotel is good location, everything is perfect, it just has a little problem system at check in but the staff Katrina was really calm and professional patient to help the guest. Thank you.

The hotel staff were helpful when I needed some assistance. The executive lounge food was quite tasty. I was surprised that only soft drinks were included not alcohol.

Everything was good but the parking was expensive. There was a lot of construction in the area, maybe that is the reason. Besides that, all was good.

Cleaning service can be better.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only there one night so can’t really comment too much. Good location.

It was nice property however one set of pillow cases were not changed and I could see they are not clean and smelled used. I had to request for new pillows.

The hotel was situated right in front of Calgary Tower and was walkable to most city attractions. They didn’t have their own parking but there was a cheap parkade right in front of the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay!

The staff were very nice. The room was huge. The downtown area is under going construction and it very loud so couldn’t sleep with the noise.

Very convenient and central location within walking distance to most amenities. The rooms were clean and staff friendly. Room cost is in line with similar hotels in the area. There is room to improve the parking / valet cost and perhaps a refresh to the rooms. Overall we enjoyed the stay.
