カサブランカの空港より車で４５分程かかりました。賑やかな広場の前にありますが、ホテルのセキュリティがしっかりとして高級感がありました。客室は清潔で広く、バスルームもシャワー、バスタブと別々になっていて使いやすかったです。トイレも別になっていました。広場の音楽は夜遅くまで続いていました。ロビーにサンドウィッチやパスタなどの軽食を食べられるソファー席がありますが、タバコを吸う方が多く匂いがして、立派なホテルなのに残念です。立地はよく観光には便利です。帰りはホテルでタクシーを手配してもらい300MADでした。ホテルの方の対応は良いと思います。

料金は高めですが、部屋は綺麗でした。外の眺めは1階で最悪。また朝食が一人3000円くらい、空港ピックアップが一人7500円くらいするので、付帯サービスはかなり高めです。通常タクシー1台の料金の2倍以上の料金でした。

まさにカサブランカの”へそ”（中心部）。すべての見どころの中心地にあるため、街を理解し探訪するにはベストのロケーションでした。

部屋は清潔でwifiも繋がりやすく、快適に過ごせました。 プールもきれいで居心地が良かったです。 ミニバーやプールサイドでの飲み物代が高かったです。

ホテルの選択の際にガイドブックにコメントがされてた通り、部屋のトイレのドアは閉まらないし、部屋は、特にお風呂は掃除されたけいせきはなく、他人の髪が落ちてるし、気持ち悪い。 また、ツインなのに、バスローブは2人分あるのに、タオルは1組しかない。 本当に笑ってしまうくらい、コメントされてたとおり。 夜中のチェックインなので、クレームをつけなかったが、このモロッコ旅行の最終日に、貴社にて、もう一泊予約してあるのに、ホテルの選択失敗したかなと思ってしまう！

ヨーロッパのホテルでは、チェックイン時にいろいろ要求する必要があると思います。何も言わないと特に日本人（東洋人）に対しては態度が悪く、「言葉もしゃべれないのか」と思われるのかも知れません。結果として、最悪の部屋をあてがわれたりします。「予約しているから、必要なことはわかっているだろう」と考えるのは間違いです。今回は、裏側の空調室外機が陳列した中屋上に近い部屋にされました。要求すれば変えてくれたかもしれませんが、上記のように何も言わなければ・・という態度は、本当に一流ホテルといえるでしょうか？

市民が集まる繁華街の真ん中にあります。敷地はしっかりセキュリティガードされていて、宿泊客以外の市民が敷地に入らないようになっているようでした。ホテル内部は外の喧騒がうそのように静かで落ち着きます。外観は古いように見えましたが、内部は高級ホテルとしてしっかりした設備で、客室も豪華で、広さも十分ありました。モロッコの欧米の高級ホテルです。

Hotel très agréable et idéalement situé

The Hyatt Regency Casablanca is an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was exceptionally helpful and the breakfast was amazing! My only issue was that my bathroom had drain issues both in the shower and the sink which was a minor annoyance and I’m sure could have been repaired quickly if we were staying for a longer visit. The facilities and the hotels location could not have been better. I will absolutely stay at the Hyatt Regency Casablanca on our next visit!

We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting.

Habitaciones necesitan remodelación y más capacitación a personal. Servicio del restaurante de la planta baja con terraza, estuvo pésimo. Los meseros tenían los platos y no los servían en las mesas. Veíamos que clientes se quejaban.

This hotel was top notch. The outside of the hotel was nice, and the moment you walked inside you were blown away by the beautiful material, designs, art...it was breathtaking! The staff were very professional, friendly, and ready to serve you. The rooms were beautiful with a nice view overlooking the city. My husband spoke about how much more beautiful it is today. He used to come here over 30 years ago when the President of Gabon had events. We truly can say this hotel is absolutely remarkable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal from the presentation, the variety of food, and the taste. We loved our stay here!

It’s right in the middle of everything and has all you can possibly need. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful

Spotless clean room with a great view. The lounge access was quite nice. The staff were fantastic.
