The shower was broken, and water power

1人で4泊しました。フレンチクォーターの中心地から徒歩で10分もしないほどの位置にあるので基本的には静かで、個人的にはちょうどいい距離感でした。自分が利用した時はマルディグラ期間だったので、目の前のストリートを大きなパレードやブラスバンドが通り、賑やかでとても楽しかったです。唯一気になったのは、10分ほど流し続けないとシャワーの温水が出なかったこと、そしてアメリカのホテルではいつものことですが水圧が低いことがありましたが、全体的に清潔感もあり、フロントの方や清掃スタッフの方も親切に対応してくれたので快適に過ごせました。

繁華街にアクセスしやすく、一方で繁華街の外なので静かに休むことができ、優れた立地であると感じました。

My absolute favorite place to stay. Everything is ALWAYS top notch, from the valet service, to room service, and the front desk staff. It’s always quiet, and the two on-site restaurants have such a variety, that you don’t need to go anywhere else. The rooms are gorgeous, and spacious, and everyone is always so personable.

Property was beautiful

I really liked the location, it allowed us to walk around and get to our destination within 10-15 minutes and we were in the perfect location for Essence Festival activities. The room was spacious.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and gym were both easily accessible, clean, and inviting. There are two restaurants in the hotel along with many restaurants in the downtown area in walking distance. I’ve lived in New Orleans for years, but if this were my first time coming to the city, this hotel is in a great location

Very friendly staff and the hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions and restaurants in New Orleans.

Like: Clean rooms and all areas throughout the property; excellent customer service; Dislike: smell of marijuana on guest floor which was coming from inside one of the rooms

The property was clean and location was good. I would recommend.

The level of service provide by Brianna at the front desk, Ashley the bartender, and Sohail at Pete’s was absolutely exceptional.

Great location near everything. Staff was rude and unfriendly with the exception of Mark. My room shower did not work after calling the front desk 6 times someone came hours later with no remorse or care and finally fixed it. Upon check out I was advised of an resort fee for $80 which would of been nice to know about before hand.

Staff were helpful and friendly.

I liked that the property texted us everyday to make sure we had everything we needed in our room. Also, they gave a $20 credit per day for room service.
