便利で居心地の良いホテル　近くにスーパーがあれば もっと良い（小さなコンビニはあるのだが）

ホテルスタッフは、親切でした。 ロケーションは、よかったです。コンビニ、レストラン、カフェも近くにあり、国立博物館は徒歩5分ほどで、黄金博物館、ボリバール広場等にも徒歩15分ほどで行けます。大きな道路に面しているので、andinoやCali ma といったshopping mall、モンセラッテの丘にも、Uberなどを利用して行きやすかったです。 空港への無料シャトルバスも、早朝深夜を除き、利用できました。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。近くに朝から開店しているカフェ等もあるので、そちらを利用しても良いかも知れません。

Cortous and helpful staff

Free Airport shuttle for this hotel is available only up to 9:00pm even other hotels have them beyond 9:00pm. So, free airport shuttle is just a marketing thing especially for passengers from USA as it goes beyond 9:00pm after lengthy immigration for most of the flights. It is not like Tequendama I stayed multiple times earlier. Bathroom requires repair/upgrade. Allowing only one elevator (one near down stairs meant for different entrance) to use for 17 floors. Looks like, other main elevators are reserved for different purpose or for different hotel guests (not sure). But, having only one elevator covering 17 floors is kind of frustrating to wait especially when you stay in upper floors. old TVs with limited channels (almost all of them Spanish if TV really works of course). Maintenance people took more than 2 hours of time to try to fix the TV and moved me to a different room at about 1:00am. Shower does not have enough water pressure. Breakfast is only positive thing I see.

The room was excellent, as were the staff and the cleanliness, the car park was a little difficult to locate.
