Para hacer check in nos toco esperar 1hora . Yo pedí secador , pero esperaba 2horas. Además , la persona de aseo abrió mi maleta sin permiso.

Despite renovations underway, the property was beautiful and the staff fantastic - particular thanks to Jovenal, the tennis pro - great instruction and time on the courts - I highly recommend!

Estaba en remodelación, personal front desk poco amable, almohadas muy duras, desayuno nada excepcional

The hotel is excellent. A little outdated but there’s an ongoing remodeling that will surely make it like new. Excellent friendly staff.

We arrived late went to eat at the restaurant at 9:40, they said they are closed, Both Front desk and the sign on the door said closed 10:0 M

We chose to stay at an Intercontinental Hotel because I know that it is a standard good service and attention, unfortunately it was not the case in Medellin. They did not help me with the upgrade, they could only allow us 2 people when I made the reservation for 3. There was no hot water, we had to be calling everyday for it and after the housekeeping service they didnt change towels, we had to call and wait forever for them to bring new ones. Colombians are happy and attentive people, it was reslly a not pleasant stay.

La piscina es espectacular, la atención del personal es muy buena

Muy bien. Excelente servicio. Desayuno delicioso. Habitaciones espaciosas. Camas cómodas. Hay que renovar carpinteria pero nada grave. Es de esos hoteles de tradición que vale la pena.
