スタッフの対応もよく過ごしやすかったです。

外観は多少汚れているが、外資ホテルで部屋、食事、その他サービスなどとても良い。 ザグレブはuberが安いので、観光では多用するといい。

部屋きれい、朝食も美味しい、 ジムやプールがホテル内に併設。 ゆっくり滞在することができた。

清潔でサービスも行き届いており、中心部へもUberですぐ行けるのでとても快適です。

Good hotel overall. Their reception staff speak fluent English, but sometimes they make ambiguous saying. I encountered 2 problems. First, I asked them only for 1-time breakfast. But they added breakfast every morning. Second, when I asked fixed price taxi by their reception, I confirmed whether it was prepaid at hotel or not. Staff said prepaid. But after I arrived at the airport, I was asked to make payment. Reception staff make a mistake but never apologized about that.

従業員の方々の対応はとても親切でした。そのため、サービス等に不満はございません。 しかし、ホテルの中がとても乾燥しており、身体的に辛く感じました。

Convenient location to major historical place and churches etc. Many good restaurants in walking distance.

季節外れなこともあ有り、安く良いホテルに宿泊できたと思います。

観光をするのに大変便利な立地にあり、とても良かった。室内も清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった。まと利用したい。

家族2人での滞在でしたのでツインルームを希望していたのですが、ダブルルームでした。ツインルームに変更出来ないか聞いてみましたが、無理との事で、その時の対応が悪かったです。 チェックイン、チェックアウトのフロントの対応も悪かったです。レストラン、ベルボーイのスタッフはとても良い対応をして頂きました。 値段も安いのでウェスティンと思わなければ良いホテルだと思います。

古いホテルだが、広さは十分。

同じウェスティンの東京とは明らかに見劣りし設備の古さは否めませんでしたが、部屋も広く清潔で、価格から考えて十分満足できる部屋でした。ウェスティンだと思わなければ、申し分ないと思います。

Pour mon anniversaire j'ai eu le petit déjeuner offert et j'ai même trouvé un gâteau dans notre suite Junior (très spacieuse et bien équipée j'avais une crainte)à notre retour ; jai trouvé celà très attentionné, ça m'a touchée , merci encore au personnel et à la direction

We stayed here for about 8 nights. It's conveniently located, tram across the road. Can easily walk to the downtown area. We had two rooms in this hotel. The first 4 nights we had a room on the 14 the floor, close to a main intersection, it was pretty loud in the morning. In the corner behind the desk, the corner wall looked a little black. We only noticed this because we had to move the desk. The breakfast was good. Rooms could do with an update. It's a very busy hotel.

Nothin special other than walkable to City center

This was a gorgeous hotel in the heart of Zagreb. It was clean, breakfast was spectacular, the room was amazing and the staff was friendly.
