トラムの駅が近くにあるので、とても便利だった。

スタッフの対応もよく過ごしやすかったです。

外観は多少汚れているが、外資ホテルで部屋、食事、その他サービスなどとても良い。 ザグレブはuberが安いので、観光では多用するといい。

部屋きれい、朝食も美味しい、 ジムやプールがホテル内に併設。 ゆっくり滞在することができた。

清潔でサービスも行き届いており、中心部へもUberですぐ行けるのでとても快適です。

Good hotel overall. Their reception staff speak fluent English, but sometimes they make ambiguous saying. I encountered 2 problems. First, I asked them only for 1-time breakfast. But they added breakfast every morning. Second, when I asked fixed price taxi by their reception, I confirmed whether it was prepaid at hotel or not. Staff said prepaid. But after I arrived at the airport, I was asked to make payment. Reception staff make a mistake but never apologized about that.

従業員の方々の対応はとても親切でした。そのため、サービス等に不満はございません。 しかし、ホテルの中がとても乾燥しており、身体的に辛く感じました。

Convenient location to major historical place and churches etc. Many good restaurants in walking distance.

季節外れなこともあ有り、安く良いホテルに宿泊できたと思います。

観光をするのに大変便利な立地にあり、とても良かった。室内も清潔でベッドの寝心地も良かった。まと利用したい。

家族2人での滞在でしたのでツインルームを希望していたのですが、ダブルルームでした。ツインルームに変更出来ないか聞いてみましたが、無理との事で、その時の対応が悪かったです。 チェックイン、チェックアウトのフロントの対応も悪かったです。レストラン、ベルボーイのスタッフはとても良い対応をして頂きました。 値段も安いのでウェスティンと思わなければ良いホテルだと思います。

古いホテルだが、広さは十分。

The room service menu requires a cell phone. I have one, but prefer a printed menu. Otherwise all was excellent.

Nicely located between the old and new part of Zagreb; I had a very comfortable, issue-free stay.

The hotel is in dire need of renovation. My room was very tired, smelly & I only had hot water. There was no cold water available (except in tub which was very inconvenient). The shower did not drain at all. I was always showering with water up to my ankles. Few of the reception staff, housekeeper & bar staff were nice & welcoming, as you should be working in hospitality. For the rest of the hotel staff - no comment. Only stayed here because of an event taking place there.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Nice welcome cookies and muffins on arrival. Air conditioning wasn’t working very well, it was a hot night’s sleep. The breakfast was okay/good, coffee not plentiful and lacked flavor. Hotel bar for dessert was very nice.

Great hotel, easy walk to the town Square & close to tram stops for easier access, lots of restaurants around. Be sure to visit the museum of broken relationships.

The carpets were filthy. The rooms were extremely cold and the engineer could not help. The fabric of the chair in the room was totally worn out, you could see the stuffing. Food was overpriced. The worst hotel I have stayed in, and I have been travelling worldwide, even 3rd world countries, hotels were better, sorry for the name of Westin, Marriott.

Great breakfast, nice staff and room was clean. Highly recommend.
