総合評価とレビュー Boston Marriott Copley Place

2人で宿泊しました。眺めはよく快適、清潔な部屋、便利な立地ですが部屋は静かでした。

チェックインの時、昨年から宿泊日数×＄25を請求する事を認めるよう依頼されました。それはホテル内のレストランの飲食で使えるクーポンだと考えて欲しい、と言われましたが断りました。チェックアウト時請求書を見ると1日分は付いていましたが。アメリカのホテル代の高騰とこういう追加料金の請求で少しうんざりしました。清掃は丁寧で部屋は快適でした。

とても便利な場所にあり、タクシーもいつも待機してくれており、おすすめのホテルです。

家族で３部屋コネクティングルームのリクエストをしていたにもかかわらず、３部屋とも階数がバラバラで、エレベーターも乗り継がないといけない部屋でした。エレベーターの乗り継ぎはかなりストレスです。５泊の滞在中3回かえてほしいとリクエストしましたが、冷たく断られました。特に男性スタッフは冷たかったです。部屋には１部屋素泊まり約6万でしたが、スリッパも歯ブラシもなし。せっかくの家族での海外旅行だったのに残念です。高齢の父は日本に帰りたいとまで。4つ星は疑問です。

Liked the property but didn’t like the undisclosed “destination fee”

Great location attached by pedestrian walkway to Prudential Center. The view from the room was amazing. The room was beautiful. Stay includes a $30 resort fee but you can use that in the restaraunt. The full breakfast in the restaurant was really good. We also received two tickets to View Boston as part of our stay.

The Marriott was very clean and a great experience. Staff was kind and extremely supportive and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Boston.

No hot tub- pool was cold.

It's a nice Hotel, safe and clean and best of all it has a shopping right next too it.

In room dining surprisingly affordable. Also no tip but a $7 Del fee. Better than door dash lol. Convenient spot.

The rooms and the lobby looked like a prison. Looked like a cheap airport or an auto repair shop. The floors are sagging, windows filthy.
