総合評価とレビュー Boston Marriott Copley Place

2人で宿泊しました。眺めはよく快適、清潔な部屋、便利な立地ですが部屋は静かでした。

チェックインの時、昨年から宿泊日数×＄25を請求する事を認めるよう依頼されました。それはホテル内のレストランの飲食で使えるクーポンだと考えて欲しい、と言われましたが断りました。チェックアウト時請求書を見ると1日分は付いていましたが。アメリカのホテル代の高騰とこういう追加料金の請求で少しうんざりしました。清掃は丁寧で部屋は快適でした。

とても便利な場所にあり、タクシーもいつも待機してくれており、おすすめのホテルです。

All good until last night of trip when elevator started making horrible noise and staff rudely claimed they couldn't put us in a different room and refused to refund that one night. Instead they double charged us and we had to dispute the charges. Shower was broken as well

The stay was wonderful. Stylish and clean rooms. Great staff.

Spacious rooms and well appointed decor. The hotel itself is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant (Yardhouse) offers a variety of items on the menu for a quick bite. Location wise, the hotel is walking distance to bus/ train stops and has plentiful options nearby for shopping and dining.

Marriott was within walking distance to the green line and orange line. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very central to all of our Boston day trips and activities! Breakfast buffet at yard house was a favorite and reasonably priced!

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. I will stay her again next time I'm in Boston.

My stay was good.

Conviently connected to the Prudential Center. Family loved how we could connect to parts of the mall all while remaining indoors (AC or out of the rain/snow).

It was great and close walk to everything. Best location and great customers service
