We ordered and have payed triple standard bedrooms for 3 persons, but they gave us only 2 standard bedrooms and the other 1 is a sofa bed not as required on the internet. But when we complaint to them for the rooms as not required they only say that they don't have any room with triple beds, and then they won't refund or take any charges for the error that they have made, instead they blame agent for providing wrong information. But I counter their mistakes by saying that this mistakes was caused by the error of novotel amsterdam city itself because agent is only a bridge between the customers and the hotel. I was so disappointed as my family was a regular customers since 2009 -2010 same years as my sister enter her college years in amsterdam. Now they have lost their regular customers trust and we won't come back for another stays. Thanks traveloka.
