The rooms were not what was shown on the website. Very misleading. The hosts were not informative and not friendly. I can only give them a half star.

It was decent. It seems overly crowded at times

The bed was comfortable and the lower floor we stayed on was quiet. However, it was difficult finding our floor. We came in at nearly midnight, exhausted from a long drive; the directions given to us at the front desk were confusing and challenging. We walked flights of stairs and took elevators and still had to return to the front desk to find out how to get to a lower floor to get to our room. Additionally, we could not connect my devices to wifi without a request for payment of $12.95. Because I did not want to pay for wifi, I simply did not connect to wifi. Additionally, our key card did not work for the gate to enter nor exit the parking lot. We had to request assistance every time just to get in and out. We waited an especially long time trying to exit the parking lot after we checked out with the person at the front desk, and then had to return to the front desk to ask the receptionist to open the gate to leave the parking lot. There was no complimentary continental breakfast offered. For all of these reasons I would not stay at this hotel again. We did encounter a cleaning lady who was exceptionally friendly; we were grateful for the warm smile after a challenging trip.

This Hotel sits in an area that made me skeptical upon first arriving. The rail train ran right over the top of the location which was extremely loud and nosey! It reminded me of places I would never book a room if I drove to the area and observed the area first. The appearance could certainly use a face lift to appear as an eye catcher where one would feel safe to expore the gounds and surroundings. I didn’t get that. The initial customer service were not welcoming and warm. Two people were standing the registration counter and one was checking in customers. I went to the second counter and she said, " check in over there" which was a couple people in front of me. So i waited. When it was financially my turn, I gave my name and she looked up the reservation, she said there will be a $75.00 charge. I was floored! I book this Hotel through Affirm and they approved me for $230 which should've included a Rob, but didn't see a Rob in the room. No where in my reservation did I see $75.00 is due on arriving, I even spoke to the Hotel reservation prior to booking. I requested a room near the front entry, didn’t get it. The only charge was reveal was $ 9.00 for insurance. I tried to canceling through expedite and that was to rudest ugly experience ever. I was told they wouldn't canceling the reservation and if I dont stay, I will be charged $129.00. So I felt stuck and not happy at all! So I paid the $75.00 against my will. But I will NEVER BOOK ANOTHER STAY HERE!

They made a mistake when assigned me a room that was occupied. They compensate me with room upgrade and breakfast 👌

Loved it!

I did not like the fact that you have to pay $25 a night to park at this hotel. That’s a ridiculous amount being that they have signs around stating they are not responsible for your car. Also they didn’t have free wife.

Had a nice stay sharing prom weekend with my daughter

This was my first time at this location, and by the pictures, I was happy to stay here. Once here, I was greeted by the exceptional host who was short and had on glasses. Her service was excellent, but as I got to the room and saw how old the hotel was, it showed. The door to my bathroom was peeling, the carpet was holding an odor, and the paper-thin walls had me up all night because I could hear everything going on beside me. Not to mention, when I first walked into the room, it smelled like old, cheap cologne and cleaning towels were still in the room. It was not my best experience in a hotel in that area. I doubt I will ever use this hotel as well.

I was charged twenty five dollars a day for parking and was not informed ahead of time of the additional charges such as taxes et.Cetera are charged

Very good property. Clean. Only downgrade was my TB kept saying no signal.

The entrance and the lobby were beautifully deceiving. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. The problem was the condition of the hotel after the lobby. The floor we stayed on had a smell that was a mixture of must and age. It just smelled damp and old. Our room also smelled this way. The curtains had several stains and the shower, though updated had a very old vent full of dirt and grime :( For this to be a Marriott hotel, we were disappointed. The pool was good and my kids had a great time. The fitness center was also good!

The location!!

$25 a night for parking. And the parking isn’t easy to find.
