The staff throughout the whole resort were amazing and very helpful. Our check-in was kind of a cluster but they were quick to make it up to us. All in all we had a great trip because everyone was so accommodating and nice.

Very clean, amazing room view

The room was clean but decals pealing off the wall, water damage in the bathroom painted over not fixed, the indoor pool did not have enough chairs. The people were super nice and it was a fun location.

A wonderful stay ! The staff was amazingly helpful. There was plenty to do with the kids more then we even expected ! The food options were great . The Landshark was a great option with the kids the staff was great ! The only downfall was there was no microwave in the room and the kids had to munch on their leftovers cold. But otherwise a great stay.

This is my second time staying at the property and it was good as usual. Weekend trip with the kids to the waterpark. I will most definitely stay again.

There was a lot to do onsite within walking distance or a short ride. A lot of the facility has been updated but it looked like there was some places that could really use an upgrade as well. Overall loved our stay!

Room was clean, friendly staff, so much fun stuff to do. The restaurant in the lounge was incredible. We will definitely be staying here again.

The room was clean. It was challenging to control the temperature of the room, so it was either very cold or very warm. There was only like warm water for a shower.

We had so much fun!! The food was amazing and service was even better! Room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

My grandson and I stayed here New Years Eve. We were in a room three floors below where the band and party were, but could still hear it so clear I was able to tell exactly what song was being played. I politely called the front desk asking if there was any way I could get moved to another location to where it wouldn’t keep my three year old grandson awake and was told “It’s New tears Eve and there is nothing we can do about that. You just have to wait until after midnight”. The band didn’t stop until one in the morning. My grandson and I both weren’t able to get much sleep at all. There was zero response the next day from any management or anyone for that matter. I had even extended my stay from the night before, in order for my grandson to play in the arcade and waterpark.

Check in was excellent, staff was amazing, room was wonderful, lake view was peaceful and relaxing.

It was a nice stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. The room was cleaner than some places I’ve stayed in. Bed was very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Was disappointed the vending machines weren’t working on any floor and our ice machine was down on the floor we stayed on and the free breakfast wasn’t mentioned or easily findable and ended up spending more in the lobby cafe on just drinks and a snack than I would have liked too because of no clear breakfast place.

Professional, kind and smiling staff. Rooms are big, views of the lake breathtaking from the room.
