Good location, really near from HBF, and at the center of all the good restaurants and Asian supermarkets. By the side of the road, easy to find. Clean, helpful staffs, nice view from the pool. There are things that could be improved to make it more perfect, but I've got no complaints, although you need to be clear about your request because I'm not sure if the app do inform the request we made by the app to the hotel.

素晴らしい立地で、日本の郊外の賑やかなエリアに位置しています。中央駅からは徒歩10～15分です。トラム、バス、地下鉄でどこへでも簡単にアクセスできます。周辺にはアジア料理のレストランやスーパーマーケットがたくさんあります！お部屋は広々としていて、とても清潔です！朝食も素晴らしく、ご飯と味噌汁が付いていて、私たちアジア人にはちょうど良いです🙃。

強くお勧めします。立地は非常に良く、中央駅と市内中心部に近接しています。このホテルはデュッセルドルフの日本人街の中心に位置し、近くには多くの日本食レストランがあります。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。チェックインとチェックアウトの手続きは迅速かつ効率的でした。部屋をビジネスエグゼクティブにアップグレードしてもらい、とても満足しました。部屋は広々としており、とても清潔で快適でした。

The hotel mentioned the deluxe room is the new version and it is located just next to the existing building. Nice stay overall although I found that the shower design is not practical since water can easily overflow to the bathroom and unluckily my toilet was clogged but it was solved later on by the engineer.
