静かで、中心街にも地下鉄ですぐなので便利。 サウナが熱くなかった…。

地下鉄駅、パス停から近くて便利でした。部屋も広くて清潔でした。朝食のハムやチーズサーモンがとっても美味しかったです♪スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで快適なホテルステイでした。

サウナがあってよかった

非常にリーズナブルな感覚。 温度は少し欧州っぽく低いがサウナ完備は最高！ ロンドン中心からは少し離れており暗くなってからホテル周辺は歩かない方が良い点は留意点

I used the hotel for my pre flight stay. It is a bit far from the city centre, but convenient enough to buy foods(200m to tesco, 300m to M&S). Front staffs are friendly, greeted to my small children with smile every time we walk through the front desk. Gym and restaurant were not available due to Covid-19. Breakfast was so general as in the UK. There were 2 selections, pancake and English style. Sometimes with maple, but others were without, so it seems there was no manual to serve...

無料でアップグレードしてくれ、 バスタブ付きのお部屋でした。 お部屋はソファ、デスク、ベッドもあり、 広く快適でした。 朝食は、コロナのためテイクアウェイでした。クロワッサン、ヨーグルト、イングリッシュブレックファースト等でした。 飲み物も充実してました。

閑静な住宅街のようで、周辺の治安は非常に良好な印象でした。 駅から少し歩きますがほぼ平坦で問題ありませんでした。 チェックインもスムーズで、ロビーにはコンセント付きの デスクもあり、PC作業等に向いています。 併設のイタリアンレストランも利用しましたが味も良く 冬場で寒かったですが23時まで空いているため助かりました。 簡単なバーもあります。 朝食は3日間同じ内容のビュッフェですが種類もそこそこあり 味も良好で滞在中は飽きませんでした。ティー・コーヒーは注文形式でおかわりは不明ですがアイスラテは追加料金でした。 建物自体は少し古いようですが個人的にはあまり気になりませんでした。エレベーターが少し遅い。 キングサイズベッド1台の2名利用でした。 シャワーブースにはドアがあり、水圧もそこまで悪くなかったです。 コンセントやデスク、洗面所の棚スペースなど ちょっとしたところが便利に感じました。 バルコニーもありましたが1階だったためあまり使っていません。 値段が高くない時期にはまた利用したいと思います。

ホテルは地下鉄にも近く、閑静な住宅街にあります。街中ではありませんが、治安が良く静かに過ごしたい方におすすめです。ホテルの中に閉じこもっても過ごせる設備がありますが、飲食店やスーパーはちょっと距離があります。

Modern hotel, good restaurant, and great location for tube and buses. Taxis always waiting outside.

Ok nothing great

I arrived late afternoon and asked if I could a room with a bath, the receptionist managed to find me and changed it at no extra cost. I stayed here last month and the staff are always very approachable and helpful. I had an extremely comfortable room and will be going back.

Great stay at the hotel. The room is large, spacious and clean, large, thick and luxurious towels, free bottles of water that were replaced daily. The staff at the reception are cordial and full of goodwill. The gym and pool are a perfect treat at the end of each day. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is excellent and public transportation to all attractions is a short walk away. There is no doubt that the experience was wonderful and we would be happy to stay here on our next visit.

The breakfast has a huge selection and is very good, it’s worth the cost. The staff was super helpful! The location is also very central to major attractions in London and to all the football stadiums. Getting an Uber or a taxi from this place is very easy It’s not the fanciest hotel ever, and it is not a property with a ton of amenities, but if you’re looking for a great place to stay at central with a helpful staff with a reliable and great breakfast, this is it

Breakfast was excellent and diverse.

The property is really nice but you can start to see its age. The bar and restaurant were great, friendly staff and good food. Under ground parking is very tight to don’t bring any big cars. Overall great stay.

Breakfast was delightful. Staff very attentive. Only issue was when we came back to the hotel in the evening we wanted a Hot Chocolate. Only one member of staff and very busy. After a long wait we went off to our room without a drink..
