地下鉄駅、パス停から近くて便利でした。部屋も広くて清潔でした。朝食のハムやチーズサーモンがとっても美味しかったです♪スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで快適なホテルステイでした。

サウナがあってよかった

非常にリーズナブルな感覚。 温度は少し欧州っぽく低いがサウナ完備は最高！ ロンドン中心からは少し離れており暗くなってからホテル周辺は歩かない方が良い点は留意点

I used the hotel for my pre flight stay. It is a bit far from the city centre, but convenient enough to buy foods(200m to tesco, 300m to M&S). Front staffs are friendly, greeted to my small children with smile every time we walk through the front desk. Gym and restaurant were not available due to Covid-19. Breakfast was so general as in the UK. There were 2 selections, pancake and English style. Sometimes with maple, but others were without, so it seems there was no manual to serve...

無料でアップグレードしてくれ、 バスタブ付きのお部屋でした。 お部屋はソファ、デスク、ベッドもあり、 広く快適でした。 朝食は、コロナのためテイクアウェイでした。クロワッサン、ヨーグルト、イングリッシュブレックファースト等でした。 飲み物も充実してました。

綺麗で日中は日本語対応スタッフもいて滞在しやすかったです！

閑静な住宅街のようで、周辺の治安は非常に良好な印象でした。 駅から少し歩きますがほぼ平坦で問題ありませんでした。 チェックインもスムーズで、ロビーにはコンセント付きの デスクもあり、PC作業等に向いています。 併設のイタリアンレストランも利用しましたが味も良く 冬場で寒かったですが23時まで空いているため助かりました。 簡単なバーもあります。 朝食は3日間同じ内容のビュッフェですが種類もそこそこあり 味も良好で滞在中は飽きませんでした。ティー・コーヒーは注文形式でおかわりは不明ですがアイスラテは追加料金でした。 建物自体は少し古いようですが個人的にはあまり気になりませんでした。エレベーターが少し遅い。 キングサイズベッド1台の2名利用でした。 シャワーブースにはドアがあり、水圧もそこまで悪くなかったです。 コンセントやデスク、洗面所の棚スペースなど ちょっとしたところが便利に感じました。 バルコニーもありましたが1階だったためあまり使っていません。 値段が高くない時期にはまた利用したいと思います。

ホテルは地下鉄にも近く、閑静な住宅街にあります。街中ではありませんが、治安が良く静かに過ごしたい方におすすめです。ホテルの中に閉じこもっても過ごせる設備がありますが、飲食店やスーパーはちょっと距離があります。

エレベーターが遅い。廊下が古いし、暗い。

よいホテルでした。 立地も良く静かで快適に過ごせました。 ホテルスタッフも丁寧で、気持ちよく滞在出来ました。

清潔感溢れるお部屋で快適に過ごせました。朝食をつけましたが、レストランのお味があまり良くなかったです。それ以外は素晴らしかったです。

ベットが広々として良かった

I always stay at Marriott hotels and I never had an issue. However, when we were put into our room at this Marriott hotel, the room stunk so bad of sewage. We just had a 6 hr overnight flight and were ready to sleep but we couldn’t sleep or even use the bathroom because the smell was so bad. When we called the desk, they said they would send someone up to fix it but no one ever came up. So we had to call again and they only offered to move us into a smaller room but we still ended up paying the price for the larger room. Expedia contacted the hotel and the hotel only offered 10,000 Marriott Bonvoy points to correct this. It has been several days and 2 calls later and Marriott still has not sent me those points. The plus side of this hotel is that it was in a safe area and a taxi was always out front ready to pick hotel guests up.

The property is very tired looking and a let down for a Marriet. Expected a much better condition hotel.. as soon as you pull up it looks old and run down... the lobby has been made to give a false image of a really nice hotel and presents very well. Once you get into the hallways and rooms, they would have looked fresh in the 90's but now look very tired and dated. Not sure if the hotel was once a council house complex?

Hotel was lovely, perfect location for us, service and food were good. 2 things we didn’t like. First the bed in our room (225) had a poor quality mattress that was sloping, it meant my wife slept like she was falling out of bed all night. Secondly, we were told the bar closed at 10, which we feel was too early for a hotel like this, we’d have liked a drink or 2 after coming in from working at Wembley

Excellent location for our trip to see Coldplay in Wembley and see some of Londons great sights Lovely room but would be a little cramped for full occupancy of two Queen beds . A 6 minute walk from Swiss Cottage tube on the Jubilee line so handy for getting into London shopping and theatres Easy access too from Heathrow via the Elizabeth line . Excellent self service breakfast but why were we asked to pay a service charge on the second morning we were there ? We didn’t get a chance to eat in Carlitos In summary everything you would want when staying for a week or weekend break in London. There’s a pool and gym too if you’re not going out ; both of which looked very good We did enjoy our stay which was everything we could have expected We certainly would return when visiting London

The service is bad. When you ask for something that should be in the hotel like soap & slippers, it takes 2 hours for delivery.
